| Countries according to the different periods of economic development and social needs to constantly modified improved student physique healthy standard to student’s physical health,and improve the standard after several times of modification is to better improve students’ physique,but from the point of the present results,standard did not achieve the result of previously thought,the physical health condition of college students present the declining trend,this article through the literature material method,comparative analysis method to compare the development background of standards in different periods The contents of the evaluation were found out,and the physical test data of undergraduates from 2007 to 2019 of shanxi agricultural university were analyzed by logical analysis and mathematical statistics for comprehensive evaluation.Through analysis and research,it is found that :(1)according to different periods of social development,the contents and items tested in the standard are constantly reduced,and the contents of selected items are from having to not having.The items tested in the standard only focus on students’ body shape,physical fitness,mental health,etc.;(2)compared with before,the current standard has been refined in terms of the score of the project,and the passing score of the standard has declined,but the declining trend of students’ physical fitness has not been curbed;(3)through mathematical statistics analysis of the physical examination data of shanxi agricultural university from 2007 to 2019,it was found that the number of people who passed the physical examination each year was relatively stable and slightly increased,but the number of good and excellent students declined.(4)according to the physical test data of shanxi agricultural university,the low passing rate of male students in the pull-up project has affected the overall passing rate of male students.The university has taken effective measures to deal with this phenomenon.In view of the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are put forward :(1)appropriately add physical test items to make the standard more perfect;(2)strengthen the school’s supervision measures on students’ physical health to effectively curb the phenomenon of students’ physical decline;(3)in the implementation of physical education in colleges and universities,students’ physical fitness can be based on the weak links to increase the means of practice,such as: boys’ upper body strength exercise(4)according to the specific situation of different colleges and universities,appropriate characteristics of the means into the standard test. |
