Case Work Is Involved In The Intergenerational Conflict Of Empty-Nesters

Family is a life world full of complex emotional relationships.Here,family members unite and rely on each other,and at the same time,there will be conflicts among them.The theory of intergenerational ambivalence points out that there are contradictions in the cognition and emotion between the two sides in the intergenerational relationship,that is,there are both positive and intimate emotions,and there are also negative and opposite emotions,which present a complex,interlaced and contradictory emotional relationship in daily life.Today,we focus on the negative and antagonistic emotions in intergenerational relationships.In this paper,empty nesters are taken as an example and the research is mainly carried out from four parts.In the first part,the concepts of empty nesters and intergenerational relations are defined,and the social exchange theory and family system theory are taken as the theoretical basis of this paper.In the second part,the empty-nesters are taken as the service objects,and the intergenerational family relationship of the service objects is deeply analyzed to find out the background of the problem of service objects.The third part,aiming at the parent-child intergenerational conflict of empty-nesters,launches social work case service intervention,and according to the different problems and needs of the family members of the case,carries out targeted service plans to improve the intergenerational relationship of elderly families.In thefourth part,it summarizes the main problems faced by empty-nester families in the intergenerational relationship,and puts forward solutions based on the problems faced by empty-nester families.
