A Village Of Empty-nesters Sports Reasearch Based On Investigation And Analysis Of Rice Yuanzhong Chang Village Empty-nesters

As China’s modernization process and the accelerated pace of urbanization,rural surplus labor and large-scale urban migration,a large number of rural young migrant labor force,resulting in rural areas,the number of "empty nesters" increases every year,the sport of empty nest elderly in rural areas has become the focus of the whole society.How is the status of the empty nest elderly in rural areas about sports?what contradictions and problems be solved?What new ways or methods does New empty nest elderly in rural areas to solve physical education?With these questions,the author of this study using literature data,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,field surveys and other research methods,the town of Rice Yuanzhong Chang estuary village empty-nesters Status of Physi’cal Education in the investigation Study.Estuary through the new village of empty-nesters Rice Yuanzhong Chang understanding of sports,cognition,attitude and physical activity needs,places and forms of organization,project selection,frequency,facilities,sports consumption of total,support and security situation,the sports publicity,a questionnaire survey and field interviews conducted study to clarify the empty nest elderly in rural areas to carry out the reality of sports insight into the constraints of rural empty-nesters sports development factors and put forward the scientific relevance and Practical and workable ideas and suggestions for relevant departments to provide a basis for decision-making and reference.The results show that:overall the empty nest elderly in rural areas by the low level of education,poor economic conditions;they known little about the sport itself and its function and value;participation less in physical exercise of empty-nesters,fitness monotony and organization form is single,sports consumption level is almost blank;extremely poor sports facilities,sports and fitness guide advocacy work not in place,not enough support of the government,to a large extent these factors suppress the empty-nesters of sports development,brought a certain resistance.For the many problems of empty-nesters,we propose the following recommendations:to increase the village empty-nesters sports propaganda,updated sports concept and enhance health awareness;empty nest elderly in rural areas to increase physical fitness instructor team building;multi-channel raise funds,increase investment in sports funding and accelerate the pace of infrastructure construction in the village sports;to form a government investment as the mainstay,supplemented by fund raising,the formation of rational,stable and effective investment mechanism and more diversified financing channels,to create social Donation-based policy incentives and the operation of the platform and mechanism.Income from the welfare lottery and sports lottery as part of special funds set aside for village sports facilities construction and operation,providing fitness services;accelerate the economic development of the village,improve the village empty-nesters of the economic income,improve the social old-age security system and improve the new rural medical insurance reimbursement;improve relevant laws,development of specialized laws of empty nest to ensure that every rural participation in physical fitness;the strengthening of government functions and give full play the leading role of local government to establish the appropriate sports working bodies and top-down sports management.
