Along with the rapid development of social economy,people's life is changing with each passing day.Information technology has a revolutionary impact on the current development of education.The national medium-term and long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020) clearly defines that information technology promotes the continuous innovation of teaching content and methods,and also encourages people to pay attention to the development of the combination of information technology and education.The combination of 3D printing technology and education breaks through the limitation of abstraction in daily mathematics teaching,materializes three-dimensional objects,and cultivates students' abilities in various aspects of mathematics learning,thus bringing about different teaching effects.In this study,through the understanding of the current research situation of 3D printing,and combined with the existing research status of 3D printing in mathematics,the construction of 3D printing course in the perspective of middle school mathematics is proposed.The following two questions are discussed:(1)What is the application value of 3D printing course in middle school mathematics teaching?(2)How to design the application case of 3D printing course in middle school mathematics teaching? On the one hand,the teaching syllabus of 3D printing course is constructed by using literature analysis method.Then,through detailed analysis of the teaching syllabus,the application value is elaborated from three aspects: basic knowledge,mathematical ability,mathematical teaching methods and so on.On the other hand,the reverse thinking process model of design-based learning is analyzed in detail.Based on this model,the author constructs the teaching mode of 3D printing course in middle school mathematics teaching.On this basis,the case analysis method isused to design the teaching of Personalized Key Chain in detail,and the case teaching is carried out in the community class of a middle school in Hunan Province.At the same time,how to implement the teaching mode of the 3D printing course in a specific case is expounded.Finally,the evaluation model framework based on TRU classroom evaluation model is used to analyze its effect.This study finds that the course of 3D printing promotes the teaching of mathematics in middle schools in terms of basic knowledge,mathematical ability and mathematical teaching methods,especially the perfect combination of modeling software and mathematical functions,which makes abstract knowledge more concrete and practical.At the same time,the teaching mode constructed by reverse thinking process model based on design-based learning can be applied to the course of 3D printing,making the classroom more prominent in the main position of students,and students learn from doing.
