Research On The Relationship Among Online Interpersonal Trust,User Experience And Users' Intention Of Government WeChat

Objective:To study the relationship among online interpersonal trust,user experience and users' intention of government WeChat and to illustrate what kind of role user experience played in the relationship of online interpersonal trust and users' intention of government WeChat.Methods:By using "the Internet Interpersonal Trust Scale" compiled by Ding Daoqun,"User Experience of Wechat account Assessment Questionnaire" revised by Zhou Yue and Wanglu' s "Users' intention Scale" in the paper of“Study on the influencing factors of public use intention of Chengdu government WeChat".A total of 380 users who have already followed the government Wechat of“the Grid of Yueyang Central Area" were measured by www.wjx.cn.The questionnaire was granted in an online mode.Finally,353 questionnaires were recovered effectively.Results:(1)Generally,users of government WeChat have a high level of online interpersonal trust,user experience and users' intention at present.(2)Correlation analysis showed that Online interpersonal trust and users' intention of government WeChat are significant correlative.User experience and users' intention of government WeChat are significant correlative.Online interpersonal trust and user experience of government WeChat are significant correlative.(3)Regression analysis showed that online interpersonal trust is a positive predictor of users' intention of government WeChat.User experience is a positive predictor of users' intention of government WeChat.Online interpersonal trust is a positive predictor of user experience of government WeChat.(4)Mediating effect test analysis shows that user experience plays a full mediating role in the relationship of online interpersonal trust and users' intention of government WeChat.Conclusion:(1)Generally,users of government WeChat have a high level of online interpersonal trust,user experience and users' intention.(2)There is a significant correlation between online interpersonal trust and users'intention of government WeChat.And the higher level of online interpersonal trust one can reach,the deeper users' intention one can feel.(3)There is a significant correlation between user experience and users' intention of government WeChat.And the better user experience one can get,the deeper users' intention one can feel.(4)There is a significant correlation between online interpersonal trust and user experience of government WeChat.And the higher level of online interpersonal trust one can reach,the better user experience one can get.(5)User experience fully mediates the relationship between online interpersonal trust and users' intention of government WeChat.Online interpersonal trust can predict users'intention of government WeChat through user experience indirectly.
