Research On The Development Of College Student Community Leadership

With the advancement of the process of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the competition between countries and countries has become increasingly fierce.In the final analysis,the competition among nations is the competition of talents.Whether or not it is in a dominant position in cruel competition depends mainly on the cultivation,development,and utilization of talents.Colleges and universities are shouldering the arduous task of cultivating and transporting talents for the society.The education of college students is not only the instillation of scientific and cultural knowledge,but also the cultivation of comprehensive abilities,including the cultivation of university students' leadership.Research on the leadership of college students in western countries is in the ascendant.More and more experts and scholars in China have begun to shift their research focus to the study of university students' leadership.The college students' community is a supplement and extension to the first classroom.It plays an important role in cultivating the leadership of the university students.Its activity content and form are not only close to the student's real life but also have a lot of freedom.It is both innovative and diverse.With high student participation and autonomy in internal management,societies are the most effective platform and vehicle for developing andnurturing university students' leadership.At present,the development of college student organizations is faced with many problems that need to be solved.The development of community leadership is conducive to solving prominent problems in the community,promoting the development of the community and the growth and progress of members,improving the leadership of the university students,and developing the leadership of the community.Studying the leadership of university students' associations will,theoretically speaking,be helpful for the development of new areas for the cultivation of university students' leadership,and it will be helpful for enriching the theory system of university students' leadership education.From a practical perspective,it will help meet the inner development of the overall development of undergraduates.The demand will help improve the management and development level of student organizations.The introduction mainly discusses the research background and problems of this paper,research significance and value,research ideas and methods and research literature related to leadership.The first chapter defines the concepts of leadership,leadership,college student associations,university student community leadership,and college student community leadership development.Then it discusses the theoretical basis of this article,namely Xi Jinping's theory of social transformation on the idea of youth work and the development of leadership.The second chapter describes the current status of leadership development of college students.Through literature review,data collection,and an empirical survey of East China University of Politics and Law student organizations,we discussed five aspects: the common goal of the community,the working mechanism,the method of handling internal conflicts,the assessment system,and the work training system for members.The status of development of club leadership.The third chapter reveals the main problems existing in the development of university student community leadership and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes two outstanding college student organizations and school-level organization management methods,and summarizesthe advanced experience and enlightenment in the development of community leadership.The fifth chapter is based on the research on the status quo of the leadership development of college student organization,combined with the advanced experience in the development of leadership of elite college students,and puts forward practical suggestions and countermeasures for the development of leadership for college students.
