From the Chinese football team entering the campus in 2009 to the State Council, the State Council promulgated the "China Football Reform Overall Plan".China seems to pay more attention to the development of youth football. If any sport wants to maintain a high level and has high vitality and creativity,it must pay attention to its own development rules and strengthen the training of young people.Football is no exception. However,at this stage,Chinese football is not satisfactory. The Japanese football is compared horizontally.Japan has continuously entered the 6th World Cup and won the Asian Cup three times. This has an important relationship with Japan's persistent youth training.Horizontally comparing the existing youth training patterns of Japanese football,Japan not only pays attention to the training of young people, but also strengthens the training of coaches and introduces the scientific concept of football.Compared with China,Japanese football has a large number of outstanding young people, which is directly related to its perfect youth football player training system.Japan's youth training system has established a perfect bottom-up training system, not only Trained excellent athletes and trained excellent coaches. Therefore, one of the key factors in the rise of Japanese football is the youth training model. This paper takes the football youth training mode of China and Japan as the research object, analyzes and compares the training system of football youth training mode, coach training system and competition system, and attempts to analyze Chinese football and Japanese football in the youth training mode. The difference is to discuss the mode suitable for youth football training in China. The research methods used in this paper are the literature data method, the logic analysis method and the comparative research method. The differences in the training of youth football between China and Japan are studied. The following conclusions are drawn: the youth training in China and Japan In the training mode, there are big differences in the training system, coach training, and system competition system, and these differences are very likely to be the reason why the current Chinese youth training model is not sound enough. In the youth training mode,Japanese football emphasizes the principle of “priority of interest”,and the football reserve personnel training system is more diverse than China. At the same time,Japan's construction of football reserve personnel is based on the combination of football school and professional club echelon construction. The youth training system is graded and cultivated, and there is complete theoretical guidance in each age group. At this point,Japan is better than the Chinese football club in terms of reserve echelon and reserve talent reserve. In the Chinese football youth training system,a large number of Chinese football clubs and football schools emphasize the pursuit of short-term competitive achievements and lack of unified youth football training ideas.Although after a period of development,at present,China's football youth training has not really realized the "culture and education combination" training mode. The main limitation of the current development of China's football youth training model is the lack of a unified youth training model. It is suggested that China's football should actively learn from the construction of the Japanese youth training system, and further improve the quality of football youth training in China, thus laying a foundation for the popularity and improvement of football in China.
