Teachers play a vital role in training primary and middle school students and the development of basic education.In order to ensure the quality of teachers,we should start from the source of teacher training to ensure the quality of pre-service teacher training.Evaluation,as an important part of the quality assurance of teacher education projects,ensures that the educated receive the training of high-quality projects.In recent years,there is a lot of discussion about the quality evaluation of teacher education projects,such as who should carry out the evaluation of teacher education projects and how to ensure the timeliness of project evaluation and so on.As a country with a relatively early start and mature development,the United States has a multi-subject teacher education evaluation system due to its democratic and free cultural background,strong economic support and other factors.This paper takes the evaluation of teacher education project in the United States as the research object,summarizes the experience of the United States in the project evaluation,and puts forward Suggestions for the professional development of teacher education in other countries,especially China.Therefore in this paper,by collecting the teacher education program evaluation related articles,with diverse work theory as the theoretical framework,teachers from the United States education project five evaluation subject,analysis of the United States the running mode of teacher education program evaluation mechanism and analysis of American teacher education is how to collaboration between project evaluation mechanism.By summarizing the experiences and lessons of the United States in the evaluation of teacher education programs,this paper puts forward some useful reference for the evaluation of teacher education programs in China.In addition to the introduction,this study is divided into five parts:The first part mainly explains and analyzes the theory of multiple co-governance from the perspective of concept,and establishes an analytical framework for analyzing the evaluation of teacher education programs in the United States.Clarify the background,development and theoretical support of the theory of multiple co-governance.This paper focuses on the theoretical connotation of the theory of pluralistic co-governance in qing dynasty and its application value in the evaluation of teacher education projects in the United States.The second part takes the United States as an example to introduce the current situation of the evaluation of its teacher education programs.From the perspective of evaluation subject,although the evaluation of teacher education project in the United States does not clearly define the division of labor of each subject in the act,a project evaluation system with five subjects has been formed in reality.The subjects mainly include the federal government,the state government,the third-party professional certification organizations,the media evaluation organizations and the evaluation subjects of teacher education programs.The second part will introduce the evaluation objectives,evaluation standards,evaluation means,evaluation procedures and evaluation results of the evaluation subjects of each teacher education project from the perspective of the main body.The third part is mainly from the perspective of the theory of pluralistic co-governance to analyze the cooperative mechanism of the evaluation subjects of the American teacher education project.Such as federal and state governments with belong to the nature of government organization,but the difference in teacher education program evaluation clear the responsibility of the laws and regulations in the ranks,the federal government's main designated national teacher education evaluation project baseline,state governments are on the basis of the federal government laws and regulations to implement the characteristic policy further controls the quality of teacher education programs,etc.The fourth part mainly analyzes the experience summarized in the evaluation of multi-subject teacher education project in the United States.Under the existing evaluation system of teacher education project in the United States,which is jointly participated by multiple subjects,the evaluation criteria of universality and individuality,as well as both pedagogical and domain characteristics have been formed,which has important reference value for the certification of teacher education in China.However,in the process of promoting the development of teacher education project evaluation in the United States,there are still a series of problems.It is difficult to unify and compare the evaluation results of different states.The fourth part mainly discusses the experience and inspiration in the evaluation of multi-subject teacher education project in the United States.Under the existing evaluation system of teacher education project in the United States,which is jointly participated by multiple subjects,the evaluation criteria of universality and individuality,as well as both pedagogical and domain characteristics have been formed,which has important reference value for the certification of teacher education in China.However,in the process of promoting the development of teacher education project evaluation in the United States,there are still a series of problems.It is difficult to unify and compare the evaluation results of different states.Secondly,it puts forward the thinking about optimizing the evaluation of teacher training in our country.Using the experience of American teacher education evaluation of project development,our country should establish the teachers' professional evaluation framework with Chinese characteristics,accurate positioning in accordance with the situation of teachers' education evaluation target,to establish a multi-level,multi-type evaluation organization,value evaluation research,evaluation tool development,encourage private professional organizations to participate in the evaluation,build competitive professional evaluation pattern.
