Objective:In the process of sports,the scientific and the effective training are the key factors to determine the performance.There are some differences between different sports in the form of strength ability.There are also some differences in the form of strength and ability required among various sports events.However,rapid force is a major part of the entire energy system in sports dominated by the limb forces.In this study,the biomechanical method was used to analyze the characteristics of lower limb rapid strength in different working forms and the relationship between muscle strength and influencing factors.In order to understand the reliability of the fast strength index in different sports under different working conditions,the consistency of the index under the same sports situation,the correlation of the index under different sports situation and the influencing factors are discussed at the same time.Experimental research provides a more comprehensive theoretical basis for scientific training and establishes a complete system for further improving the level of sports training.Methods:In this study,72 college students?male=38,female=34?who majored in sports training were selected by repeated measurement design method.By testing four kinds of jumping forms,such as Squat jump?SJ??Countermovement jump?CMJ??Drop jump?DJ?.The dynamic data in vertical direction were collected by using a camera,anti-three-dimensional dynamometer,synchronizing signal,and pedal force tester in sitting position after processing with Excel,Origin and Emgserver3.0 for software.Intraclass correlation coefficients?ICC?of the three measured results was calculated by SPSS23.0,and the relative stability index was obtained.The Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the consistency among the indexes of the same form of exercise and the correlation between the different jumping forms.Using multivariate ANOVA test,the effects of four parameters and their interaction effects on Fmax,F150?30?,IMG150?30?,RFD10 and T30%-70%,and their interaction effects on different forms of the left and right foot and exercise items were investigated.The significant level of Duncan method was set at P<0.05,and the difference between the left and right foot of the same sex and between dynamic and static was analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Each participant was asked for complete body shape measurements and three different forms of jumping,in order to complete the test within one day.Results:1.The mean value and standard deviation of all the measured variables were calculated,and five indexes,Fmax,F150?30?,IMG150?30?,RFD100 and T30%-70%,with high ICC,were obtained as the parameters for evaluating the rapid strength.2.The Fmax and F150?30?,IMG150?30?,RFD10,and T30%-70%of the squat jump,the IMG150?30?,the RFD10,and T30%-70%of the squat jump,the IMG(150?30?,the RFD10,and the T30%-70%of the male lower squat jump,the half-squat jump,the drop dump,and the Fmax of F150?30?,IMG150?30?,RFD10,and T30%-70%have positive correlation with the fmax and F150?30?.There was a positive correlation between Fmax and F150?30?and RFD10 in female squat jump,countermovement jump,and there was a high correlation between F150?30?and F150?30?.The left foot Fmax was positively correlated with RFD100 and T30%-70%in male pedal force,while the right foot Fmax was positively correlated with RFD10,while there was no correlation between female pedal power Fmaxax and other values.There was no correlation between female squat jump and countermovement jump,squat jump and drop jump,countermovement jump and squat jump except for individual indexes in different work forms,which was completely different from that of men.The correlation between sexual squat jump and countermovement jump is not as good as that between squat jump and drop jump,countermovement jump and drop jump.The squat jump,countermovement jump,of men and women is better than that of drop jump.The three dynamic jumps of drop jump are not related to pedal force except for individual indexes.3.The decline rates of Fmax,F150?30?,IMG150?30?,RFD10 and T30%-70%of the left and right foot of male and female were all about 50%,and there was a significant difference between the right foot and left foot,which was not consistent with the results of squat jump,countermovement jump.Consistent with the results of drop jump,this does not mean that the power of the left foot is greater than that of the right foot.There are significant differences between different sports,especially between badminton players and the other three sports.Both male and female squat jump,countermovement jump had statistical significance.Drop jump and pedal force had statistical significance with squat jump,countermovement jump respectively.Conclusion:1.It was determined that all the indicators of the rapid force have strong stability.2.The difference between male and female play a dominant role.In this study,there is a correlation between male and female dynamic forms of work,but there is no correlation between women.3.The correlation between the three jumping forms depends on the contractive form of the muscles.The contractile form of concentric contraction after centrifugation is greater than the isometric contraction and concentric contraction.There is no quantitative relationship between the dynamic index and static index in this study,so a static index cannot be used to predict the dynamic index.4.The influence of the left and right,the moving project,the jumping form and the movement form on the index of the fast power was influenced by the factors that affect the fast power.
