Rapid telescopic compound training can effectively improve the rapid strength,but how to effectively use the training means to enhance the rapid strength and improve the overall performance of the 100-meter running in order to improve the100-meter special performance needs to be further explored.By analyzing the influence of different forms of rapid stretching compound training on the lower limb rapid strength of male college entrance examination physical education students,and exploring the relationship with the overall performance of 100-meter mid-run,this study provides innovative theoretical and practical basis for the application of rapid stretching compound training.Using the methods of literature,interview,expert investigation,experiment,video analysis and mathematical statistics,24 male physical examinees from Guangzhou 71 Middle School were randomly divided into three experimental groups with 8 students in each group.Each experimental group received rapid telescopic compound training intervention in different forms(horizontal form,vertical form and multi-directional form)for 10 weeks,training 3times a week,each time lasting 60 minutes.The standing long jump,vertical jump height of both feet in place,vertical jump height of one foot in run-up,reaction force index(RSI)were taken as indicators and the ratio of center of gravity horizontal speed,single step frequency,single step length,single step time,front support time(distance),support time(distance),air time(distance)and ejection time(distance)of the overall performance of the 100-meter mid-run were taken as indicators Mark.Through the single factor analysis of variance between each experimental group and the paired T test within each experimental group,the influence of different forms of rapid stretching compound training on the lower limb rapid strength and the overall performance of 100-meter mid-run was explored.The results are as follows: 1.The results of lower limb rapid strength among experimental groups show that there are significant differences between the standing long jump and reaction strength index(P < 0.05).Further multiple comparisons showed that the horizontal group was better than the vertical group in the standing long jump index,with significant difference(P < 0.05).In the reaction force index,the multidirectional form group was better than the horizontal form group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).2.The comparison of the fast strength of lower limbs before and after the experiment in each experimental group showed that the standing long jump before and after the experiment in the horizontal group was significantly improved(P <0.01);The longitudinal jump height and reaction force index were significantly increased(P < 0.05).In the vertical form group,the vertical jump height and reaction force index were significantly increased(P < 0.01).In the multidirectional form group,the touch height and reaction force index of standing long jump and standing vertical jump were significantly increased(P < 0.01).The longitudinal jump height of one foot in run-up was significantly increased(P < 0.05).3.The results of the overall performance of 100-meter mid-run between the experimental groups showed that the horizontal speed of the center of gravity,the ratio of airborne time to ejection time had significant differences(P < 0.01),and the single step time,single step frequency,single step length had significant differences with airborne distance(P < 0.05).4.The comparison of the overall performance of 100-meter mid-run in each experimental group before and after the experiment shows that the horizontal speed of the center of gravity before and after the experiment has a very significant difference with the 100-meter performance in the horizontal group(P < 0.01);Single step time,step frequency and air time were significantly different(P < 0.05).The results of 100 meters before and after the experiment in the vertical form group,the ratio of air time to evading time were significantly different(P < 0.01).The horizontal speed of the center of gravity,single step time,step frequency and airborne distance were significantly different(P < 0.05).The horizontal speed of the center of gravity before and after the experiment was significantly different from the 100-meter performance in the multi-direction group(P < 0.01).The single step time,step frequency,step length and air time were significantly different(P < 0.05).The conclusions are as follows: 1.The rapid stretching compound training of all experimental groups can improve the rapid strength of lower limbs.The specific performance is: the horizontal form of rapid stretching compound training is more effective to improve the horizontal direction of lower limb rapid strength;The vertical form of rapid stretching compound training is more effective to improve the vertical direction of lower limb rapid strength;It is more effective to improve the rapid strength of lower limbs in both horizontal and vertical directions.2.There is a correlation between different forms of rapid stretching compound training and some indicators of the overall 100-meter mid-run performance.All the experimental groups can adjust the overall 100-meter mid-run performance,and the multi-direction training group has a more significant impact than the other two groups.3.The rapid telescopic compound training in the horizontal form can increase the horizontal speed of the center of gravity in the course of running,speed up the stride frequency and shorten the air time of the experimental subjects.The overall performance is positive push and stretch of the supporting leg,rapid downward pressure of the swinging leg folding,and improve the 100-meter performance.4.The vertical form of rapid telescopic compound training can speed up the horizontal speed of the center of gravity in the course of running,speed up the stride frequency,and reduce the time and distance in the air.The overall performance is that the supporting leg is grasping the ground to support strong support,and the swinging leg is fast and high,which improves the performance of 100 meters.5.The multi-direction rapid telescopic compound training can accelerate the horizontal speed of the center of gravity,speed up the stride frequency,shorten the air time and increase the step length of the experimental subjects.The overall performance is more in line with the correct posture of running in the sprint,effectively change the stride frequency and step length,and greatly improve the100-meter performance. |
