The latest promulgated by ministry of education "sports and health curriculum standards(2017 edition)" and the state sport general administration, the ministry of education, the communist youth league, and other seven departments jointly issued by the central "youth sports activities to promote program related documents and policies will be teenagers to participate in sports activities and promote physical and mental health and fitness as a main target. In many guiding documents, not only the time and measurement of teenagers' participation in physical exercise are emphasized, but also the load intensity of teenagers' participation in physical exercise is significantly required.More and more research has focused on how teenagers can effectively participate in physical exercise.Teenagers between 13 and 15 years old are in the critical stage of physical growth and development.Scientific and effective guidance for teenagers at this stage to participate in school physical exercise has important theoretical value and practical significance.High-intensity interval exercise is a new training method widely used in national fitness and school sports in recent years.Based on the relevant theories of sports training, this study analyzes the characteristics of heart rate changes after teenagers participate in high-intensity interval exercise in different programs.Scientific and effective training methods and means have practical significance for exploring high-intensity interval training methods for teenagers. In this paper, the method of literature, logical analysis method to master a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, from the theory of high-intensity intermittent exercise, rules, programs, methods and other aspects of the exploration and analysis of teenagers with different programs of high-intensity intermittent exercise mechanism.Using the test method and mathematical statistics method,60 students aged 13-15 years in a middle school in jilin province were studied to explore the heart rate change characteristics of middle school students under different high-intensity interval exercise programs. The following experimental results were obtained:(1)the center rate of high-intensity intermittent exercise of teenagers aged 13-15 years presents three stages successively: buffer rising stage, extreme rising stage and extreme heart rate maintaining stage.(2)teenagers aged 13-15 years old show rapid recovery and buffering recovery stage after high-intensity interval exercise. The rapid recovery stage for boys is 1 minute, and the heart rate can reach the quiet heart rate after 4-5 minutes. The rapid recovery period for girls was 1.5 minutes, and the heart rate could reach the quiet heart rate after 4-5 minutes.(3)the change characteristics of heart rate of teenagers aged 13-15 years showed significant differences under different high-intensity interval exercise programs. After analysis and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The heart rate of 13-15-year-old adolescents in high-intensity intermittent training shows an overall upward trend of circumferential heart rate. The upward trend of heart rate has a certain buffer stage, extreme rise stage and limit heart rate maintenance stage. It has a certain operability for monitoring the change of students' heart rate in teaching.(2)The older the 13-15-year-old adolescents are,the longer the period of rapid rise of heart rate change is,and there is no significant change in the quiet heart rate buffer stage.(3)Heart rate recovery of 13-15 year-old adolescents with high intensity intermittent training has no significant relationship with age.(4)Heart rate recovery time of boys and girls in 13-15 year old adolescents with high intensity intermittent training is the same.In the process of recovery, the change of heart rate recovery of boys is larger.(5)In the high-intensity intermittent training of 13-15 year-old adolescents, the combination of movements and high-intensity intermittent training can make students' heart rate rise to the maximum faster, and the recovery of heart rate after exercise follows the law of heart rate recovery.
