| Objective: the aim of this study is to through monitoring the health of Chen TaiChi traditional routine practice in the course of heart rate (HR), rating of perceivedexertion degree (RPE), and heart rate variability index to explore, Chen Tai Chitraditional routine exercise intensity change characteristic, for practicing Chen Tai Chitraditional routine for public fitness exercises provide science guidance andtheoretical basis.Research methods: Health Chen Tai Chi traditional routine subjects, to regulatethe completion of Tai Chi Traditional routine. In a quiet state using Polar RS800indices are: resting HR, HRV, movement in the process of index HR and RPE, afterexercise recovery heart rate. The research results:1.Different years, different age, sex of the subjects of the heart rate changes aremore gentle, and match the characteristics of Chen Tai Chi traditional routine gentlemovements, peak heart rate is a result of a sudden power caused by action.2.H group exercise intensity is slightly higher than that of M group, L group, butthe difference was not significant (P>0.05), subjects of different ages of exerciseintensity difference was not significant (P>0.05), young subjects exercise intensityis slightly higher than the middle-aged, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Different training period, different age, sex of the Tai Chi traditional routineexercise intensity are small to medium intensity aerobic exercise, very suitable fordifferent groups of exercise.3.H group and L group compared with quiet state of PNN50, TP, HF increasedsignificantly, that long time of Tai Chi exercise improves the overall integration ofheart autonomic nerve regulation ability, and to improve heart wanders. Genderdifference in a quiet state of PNN50, HF have no significant difference. Youngsubjects were PNN50, HF highest, middle-aged subjects of the elderly, minimum, thatwith increasing age, vague nerve function. |
