Study On The Development Of Urban Community Learning Community

At present,under the background of learning city and learning society,learning has become the core factor of urban development.As the representative of "grass-roots organization",the community learning community has opened a new path for the whole people to learn,learn together and learn all their lives.It has brought the extension of the learning content and the change of the learning style for the masses of the people.Community learning community can promote residents' independent and happy learning,improve residents' sense of belonging and happiness,and bring together residents' continuous learning participation.As one of the minority communities in the west of Guangxi,the economic and cultural development of Guangxi is relatively backward,and the development of community learning community is also relatively low.After that,it is very important to study the current situation,problems and countermeasures of the community learning community.Only by understanding the problems arising from the development of the community learning community can the solution be given to the case and the measures to promote its development can be found so as to build a harmonious community.The construction of learning-type cities and even the economic and cultural development of our country have a positive and important impact.First of all,in order to understand the current situation of the development of the urban community learning community,the author selected eight communities in Guilin to carry out the investigation and study,and obtained the data and data of the development status of the urban community learning community.The foundation for compaction is established for this study.After the data analysis and the analysis of the interview data,it is found that the development of the urban community learning community mainly has the following problems: the special fund is not enough,the study activity is limited,the learning content is too superficial and the form of the activity is relatively single,and the core character of the community is insufficient.Secondly,through the phenomenon to see the essence,based on the above analysis,the attribution analysis: urban community learning community development by external factors mainly include: local related laws and regulations are not sound;management system and mechanismconfusion;Local governments do not pay enough attention;propaganda efforts are not in place;lack of effective incentive mechanism.The internal factors include: family member structure and children's attitude;lack of systematic training of core staff;lack of planning of activities and large random activities;misproportion of members' age,gender,educational level,etc.Finally,aiming at the cause of the problem,the author puts forward the following countermeasures from the level of government and community learning community.In order to provide advice and suggestions for promoting the development of urban community learning community.At the government level: to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations to make community learning community rules-based;to increase special funds to promote the smooth development of community learning community;to make rational use of public resources to provide space support for the development of community learning community;Establish a sound incentive mechanism to enhance community learning community identity.At the community level:strengthen publicity,enhance residents' learning initiative;explore community learning resources to enrich Learning community connotation;create a good learning atmosphere,enhance residents' interest in learning.Community learning community itself: core personnel to strengthen their own ability,enhance professional literacy;implant the spirit of contract,enhance the community development sustainability;expand the depth and breadth of learning,strengthen their attractiveness.In addition,the author introspects and summarizes the whole process of this study.Under the background of the construction of learning city and learning society,paying attention to the development of community learning community plays a certain role in promoting the economic and cultural construction of the whole city.The conclusions of this study are expected to further improve the content of the community learning community system and play a useful supplementary role in the development of the national urban community learning community.
