Evergrande Taobao Football Club was listed on the New Third Board in 2015 and became the first listed professional football club in Asia.By the end of 2017,it won many championships in the Chinese Super League and AFC Champions League,But the truth behind the various honors is the club was in huge losses in a long term.In 2018,it was because of continuous losses,the short name of the securities in the New Third Boaird was changed to:ST HengBao.Due to the low degree of commercialization of the current league and Ilimited income increase,in this context,if the club wants healthy and sustainable development,it must turn the tendency of losses by controlling costs.This paper summarizes and states the current situation and limitations of cost control of football clubs at home and abroad through the collation of related theories at home and abroad;The financial report data released by the company from 2014 to 2017 is the main research source and basis,and it is analyzed by a method such as a ratio method or a dynamic ratio method.Finding that the high cost of labor in the main business cost of Evergrande Club is the main problem in the current cost control,and find four problems in the cost control of the club,such as the lack of cost control objectives;Based on the forecast of future income and the target profit amount,use the target cost control method to set a scientific and reasonable goal of cost control for the team,refine the target according to the time period,aim-oriented and focus on the labor cost,the improvement measures for the cost control of Evergrande Taobao Club were put forward.;At the same time,six supporting measures such as the introduction of professional football managers were proposed.As the most brilliant club in China's professional league,this paper hopes that through the research on the cost control of Evergrande Taobao Football Club,it can promote the club to cut the loss as soon as possible,and also provide some reference for other clubs in the domestic league to promote the smooth and healthy Chinese football league.
