As one of the most popular competitive sports,has high commercial value.Therefore,as a direct participant in football,football clubs have a strong ability to create income.The annual income of professional football clubs can reach tens of millions of euros,and some even hundreds of millions of euros.Even though the football club can generate tens of millions of euros in total revenue every year,it is still in a situation of barely making profits or even making ends meet for a long time due to the high operating costs.The most important cost comes from the cost borne by the football club for the players,accounting for70% of the total cost of the football club.The high cost of players’ human resources has become the main problem affecting the long-term development of the football club,How to reduce the cost of players’ human resources and avoid losses caused by high cost is very important for football clubs.Taking Shandong Luneng as an example,this paper takes providing suggestions and Countermeasures for football clubs to control the cost of player human resources as the research purpose.After determining the key of Football Club cost control as controlling the acquisition cost and use cost of player human resources,this paper first studies the cost structure and cost control status of Football Club Player human resources;Then it analyzes the problems existing in the current player human resource cost control and analyzes the reasons;Finally,according to these problems and the reasons for the problems,this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for football clubs to control the human resource cost of players.It is hoped that the football club can effectively reduce the human resource cost of players and realize the ratio of player cost to income,so as to avoid making ends meet due to high cost and realize the healthy financial development of the club.
