Research On The Construction Of Teaching Base Of Independent College

The independent college is a new school-running model that is accompanied by the popularization of higher education in China.It has a history of 20 years of schooling.As the organizer of practical teaching in colleges and universities,the teaching base plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Clinical practice teaching is the main teaching stage of medical independent colleges.The construction of clinical teaching base is an important task faced by medical colleges and medical independent colleges.At present,there are many researches on the construction of clinical teaching bases in colleges and universities,and there are few studies on clinical teaching bases in independent medical colleges.Through literature research,interview method and case analysis method,this paper studies the current situation,existing problems and causes of the clinical teaching base of independent medical colleges from the perspective of medical education coordination and resource dependence theory.Countermeasures for the construction of clinical teaching bases in independent medical colleges.At present,there are 6 independent medical colleges in the National Medical Independent College to build their own affiliated and teaching hospitals,accounting for about 1/4 of the total,and the overall proportion is not high.Other independent colleges have also established some teaching bases according to their actual school needs.Some are called “full-process clinical teaching bases” and “county-level medical treatment units cooperation alliances”.The paper analyzes the construction of clinical teaching base of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University,and concludes that the main features of the construction of clinical teaching base of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University are: formulating the standard and review process of clinical teaching base;rationally carrying out regional planning;improving teaching management System;strengthen the construction of clinical faculty;carry out the construction of featured disciplines.Of course,there are also some problems in the construction of clinical teaching bases in independent medical colleges.From the independent aspects of medical independent colleges,there are mainly the problems of short history of medical independent colleges,large maternal dependence of medical independent colleges,and diversification of medical independent colleges.From the aspects of clinical teaching base construction,there are mainly problems such as insufficient understanding of the construction of clinical teaching base,imperfect teaching management system,weak overall level of clinical teaching staff,less hardware investment in the base,and insufficient coordination between schools and base medical education.Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of clinical teaching base of independent medical colleges: formulating the construction plan of clinical teaching base;strengthening the training of double-teacher clinical faculty;improving the construction of teaching quality guarantee system;through teaching management integration,scientific research guidance integration,cultural integration,Strengthen the cooperation of medical education,strengthen the teaching enthusiasm of the base,and strengthen the construction of clinical teaching bases.
