Non-profit organization exerts tremendous energy in community governance with its unique advantages,which includes the common touch,strong penetration and wide coverage.Community education makes best of NPO's merits to promote its own innovation of model,and gradually forms the coordinated governance model of multiple subjects,including government,enterprises and NPO,and the multi-supply model of community learning.The Community Development Association plays a key role in the process of“community building campaign" in Taiwan,and community building is also an important medium for catalyzing lifelong learningThis article adopts the methods of field observation and interviewing to collect primary data,and analyzes the strategies differences of community development association promoting the urban and rural community learning.These methods can help deepening the understanding of characteristics of various communities,and being classified properly,which conduces to the community buildingActually,there are many obstacles and constraints in the process.Except Community Development Association's own problems,NPOs must face challenges in the community environment,shortage of resources,and creative depletion.Through research,the strategies of NPO in promoting community learning are as follows:firstly,the strategy of idea dissemination and vision construction;secondly,the strategy of sustainable management;thirdly,the strategy of resource integration;lastly.the strategy of combining community learning with public affairsAbove all,the article provides some superficial enlightenments to NPOs,government,community residents and adult education workers.
