A Study Of The Rural Community Development Issue From The Perspective Of Self-organization

In this paper, the author believe that,in a certain sense, the "SAN Nong" issue is due to the non-organized of rural areas in the largely, caused by the collapse of self-organization system and the lose of self-organizing ability through the review of rural development in China Since the 20th century. Therefore, it is not only of great theoretical significance, but also must be addressed in real life to solve the current urban-rural gap, rural communities disintegrated, farmers'vulnerable status in market competition and social life, to study rural community development in the perspective of organization.This article from the reality of rural community development, explore the community self-organization in the experience field, according to action research that rural community capacity building of urban and rural cooperative projects and miao people's Community Development Fund Project which the author participated in. Exploring the rural community self-organization's development conditions, dynamic and evolutionary mechanism, and explaining the fundamental effect and endogenous mechanisms of organizing to the rural community development through three different ethnic communities (Han people, Zhuang people and Miao people) case analysis.One of parts is introduction that is intended to clarify the background of the research, the route of thesis and the main points, proposing and interpreting the research theory's basis and method, and outlining the basic structure framework of the topic.Part two, community development and community self-organization. Through the literature review and analysis of the community development and community self-organization, the author thinks that, community development should cultivate people to form a way of being concerning existence that enjoy vivre, to survivability development for direction.The third part, the experience analysis is about the process of community self-organizing. The author introduces the case of this research, and explains the problem in the process of community self-organizing from the self-organization perspective.Part four, re-thinking of rural community self-organization. The author analyses and summarizes the problems in the example above, to look for conditions, dynamic and evolutionary mechanisms to promote the rural self-organization. Analyze the effect of the rural labor export policy to self-organization and rural community development. Analyze the relations of rural social work and community self-organizations from the social work perspective.The fifth part, the final one as supplement, is to analysis the policy influence. It is held that social policy should provide support and assistance for the development of community self-organization from a policy perspective.
