Research On Optimization Of Building Management Model Of National Fitness Stadium(Hall)

In his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is China's future development goal to carry out nationwide fitness activities and speed up the construction of a strong sports country.The core of the development of sports power should be people-centered,the construction of sports power should be based on the participation of the whole people and the health of the whole people,and the development of national fitness is of great significance to the realization of healthy China.In the 2016 National Fitness Plan issued by the State Council(2016-2020),it was proposed to focus on the construction of a number of small and medium-sized stadiums,national fitness centers,community multi-functional sports venues and other facilities for the benefit of the people.In2014,the State Council issued < on speeding up the Development of Sports Industry In order to meet the needs of the people's diversity,to improve the people's livelihood,to cultivate new economic growth points and to further accelerate the development of the sports industry.Through the policy analysis of the <report> <plan> and<comment>,master the future development direction of the national fitness stadium(library),and how to realize the sustainable development of the universal fitness field(museum)under the background of health China,as the main content of this study.Taking the national fitness stadium(library)as the research object,using the methods of literature,expert conversation,case study,field survey and logic analysis,the paper takes the building of the sports garden of Li Ning.As a case study,the construction and management mode of the national fitness stadium in our country are deeply studied in this paper.This paper first analyzes the advantages of national policy,economic base and population basis of national fitness sports in the current stage of development of our country,and then combines the theory and empirical case of PPP development model of Li Ning Sports Park.Based on the in-depth study and analysis of the construction and management system of public sports stadiums in China,suggestions and countermeasures for the construction and management of national fitness stadiums(pavilions)are put forward,including the optimization of PPP financing mode.Operational management model optimization and regional construction at the micro level Set up,internal project construction optimization,etc.At the same time,this paper puts forward a new prospect for the future development of national fitness stadiums(stadiums)in China,including the introduction of VRsports technology projects into APP,which is used to build Internet stadiums and gymnasiums in various regions of the country.And to achieve the national fitness stadium(hall)market-oriented operation.
