Research On School Management Of Students From Single Parent Families

Along with the continuous transformation and development of our society,people's concept of family marriage and love is gradually changing.As the number of single-parent families and single-parent family students continues to increase,it will bring various problems to society,schools and families.For basic educators,how to deal with the problems posed by single parent students is urgent.This paper makes a systematic investigation and study on the Democratic management of single parent families in the 12 th middle school in chengde city,and analyzes the problems existing in the Democratic management of single parent families in the 12 th middle school in chengde city and the root causes of the problems.On the basis of the investigation and research,we first analyzed the actual situation of single parent students in case schools and pointed out the problems existing in schools when managing single parent students.For example,there is no unified understanding of the Democratic management of single parent students in schools.It is not possible to devote more attention and the implementation of related strategies is not sufficient;The positive effect of teachers on the Democratic management of single-parent students can not be fully mobilized;The type of problems that single parent family students have not yet been fully grasped.Finally,the case school strengthens the Democratic management of one-parent family students as an entry point,and puts forward relevant improvement strategies from the formulation of school rules and regulations,the input of school teachers,the Democratic management of classroom and extracurricular,the construction of moral education,and the establishment of Democratic ideology and culture on campus.
