Study On The Learning Problems Of Primary School Students From Single Parent Families And The Educational Strategies Of The Class Teacher

Single parent family has defects and deficiencies in family economic function,parenting function,growth environment quality function and so on.It has a negative impact on the students of single parent family,and also affects their learning behavior and attitude.These problems need to be paid attention to.The class teacher is the link between school education and family education,there is a large space for implementation,this paper discusses the improvement strategy from the perspective of the head teacher,so this paper studies the learning problems of primary school students in single parent families and the education strategies of class teachers.In this paper,the basic concepts of single parent family and learning problems are clarified,.It is clear that social support theory and Maslow’s demand theory are the theoretical basis for the research.Then,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis are used to investigate the learning situation of children from single parent families.Objective to understand the situation and problems of children from single parent families in learning interest,classroom learning performance,learning habits and academic performance.Use case analysis to deeply understand the influencing factors.Combined with the above research,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the transformation from the perspective of the head teacher.The survey found that there are the following learning problems in the study of primary school students from single parent families,such as low interest in learning,lack of concentration in classroom learning,poor learning habits and poor academic performance.Combined with the case,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of learning problems in single parent families.It is found that the main causes of learning problems of single parent families are the inherent education difficulties of single parent families,including the influence of family education concept,the influence of family structure,and the lack of learning guidance ability for children in single parent families.There are some problems in the design and implementation of school system,such as the lack of effective support.Among the factors of headteachers and subject teachers,there are incorrect educational concepts of class teachers and teachers,unsatisfactory home school cooperation,and lack of educational theory and methods.There are also factors of single parent family pupils themselves.Finally,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the learning problems of primary school students in single parent families.First,the head teacher coordinates the single parent family to provide basic guarantee for students’ learning.It includes the teacher in charge of the class to guide the guardian of single parent family to attach importance to children’s learning,guide single parent family to change the way of education,guide single parent family to give basic material guarantee for learning,and coordinate divorced parents to give children sufficient love.Second,the teacher in charge of a class suggests the design and implementation of the school assistance system.It includes the suggestion of the head teacher to improve the design of the assistance system;the establishment of the class teacher and the feedback mechanism of the school.Third,the teacher in charge of a class implements effective solutions to learning problems.It includes taking the sense of responsibility as the core to stimulate students’ learning behavior;the head teacher carries out the institutionalized learning behavior management;and the class teacher pays attention to the learning routine,which runs through the cultivation of learning habits.
