Ideal and belief education is an important part of higher education in China,it's also the center of Ideological and Political education.To carry out ideal and belief education is an important way to train excellent socialist successors in the new era,and it's also an important guarantee to consolidate Marxist theory and steadfastly follow the socialist road.In the process of art education in colleges,ideals and beliefs education is often neglected,resulting in its educational function cannot be displayed.Art education is an important part of higher education teaching.It assumes the responsibility of training art education teachers and professional art talents,and is related to the needs of art can be met in the process of social development.According to the current situation that the effect of ideal and belief education is not good at contemporary art education and teaching,this paper on the basis of the concept of ideal and belief,analyzes the evolution and development of art education and teaching function,and discusses the importance of ideal and belief education,plays a big role in the process of art education and teaching.This paper also analyzes the problems existing in the current ideal and belief education,we need propose corresponding solutions,and put forward suggestions for improving the deficiency of ideal and belief education in the teaching process of art education in colleges in China,sothatwe could train artistic talents with firm ideals and beliefs better.Secretary Xi once pointed out that he attached great importance to art education and expected to do a good job in aesthetic education and carry forward the spirit of aesthetic education."Paintings with great beauty of the world",as far as I'm concerned it is inherited our excellent traditional culture and art,combine the trend of The Times on this basis,use my own knowledge to create art works to serve the society,the country and the people this era.In 2015,General Office of the State Council issued ?
