This article takes Georgia State University's successful project to promote students' success as the case study object,traces back the reasons why American universities have carried out successful projects to promote students' success,summarizes the contents and measures of Georgia State University's successful implementation of students' success,expounds the implementation results of its projects,and analyzes the causes of its success by using factor analysis method,with a view to providing substantial reference for Chinese universities to improve the academic success of students with difficulties,thus improving the overall educational quality of universities and pursuing fair and quality education.The full thesis falls into six parts altogether.The first part is introduction.Firstly,the author introduces the reason,significance and purpose of the research and the research status of this topic.There are three main reasons for choosing this topic: first,the success of students' studies is the core of the quality of undergraduate education in colleges and universities.Secondly,promoting the academic success of students with difficulties is a realistic problem facing our universities.Thirdly,Georgia State University has achieved remarkable results in promoting students' academic success.This paper makes a more in-depth study on the implementation of Georgia State University's program to promote students' success in order to provide reference for Chinese universities to improve the quality and fairness of education and how to take more scientific and reasonable assistance measures in combination with the actual situation of Chinese universities so as to establish a perfect assistance mechanism so as to finally build a fair and high-quality higher education system.Thirdly,the introduction part introduces the current research situation at home and abroad and reviews the literature.Finally,the introduction part introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper.This article mainly uses the literature method,the comparison method,the case study method and the factor analysis method.The first part of the text mainly discusses the realistic background of Georgia State University to promote students' academic success.Higher education in the United States is facing a decline in quality.The reputation of universities and the academic success.U.S.colleges and universities want to achieve the goals of improving the graduation rate of students,reducing the wastage rate of students,saving students' time and economic costs,and improving the reputation of the school by promoting successful projects for students.The third part of the text summarizes the contents and implementation measures of Georgia State University to promote students ' academic success.Georgia State University in the United States conducts early predictive intervention on students with difficulties and their possible entrance risks and difficulties through the big data platform.It aims to find the right target for accurate assistance,prioritize courses through predictive analysis,and develop a predictive career system to link
