Study On The Factors Affecting The Development Of Adolescent Sanda Team In The Prefecture-level Cities Of Yunnan Province

Wushu consists of Wushu routines and Sanda.With the development of competitive sports,Wushu more and more understood by the world.In 2008,Beijing successfully hosted the Olympic Games,which brought great opportunities for the development of Chinese sports and for an unprecedented development of Sanda.At present,Sanda has become an international sports event,and members of the International Wushu Federation can be found across five continents.In 2017,the Chinese Sanda team sent 7 athletes of male and female to participate in the World Wushu Championships,and all achieved excellent records.Since 1986,Yunnan Sanda has been making great progress.Adolescent Sanda Teams in the prefecture-level cities play an important role in the development of Sanda in Yunnan Province.By employing the method of literature data,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this research intends to investigate and analyze factors affecting the development of adolescent Sanda team in the prefecture-level cities of Yunnan Province.The impeding factors are mainly as follows:1.less communication between the Sanda coaches in Yunnan and their counterpart in other provinces;2.the lack of full-time coaches;3.limited understanding of Sanda by the athletes;4.Athletes lose more in the middle period and lack of backup talents echelon construction system;5.imbalance between athletes’ professional training and general knowledge course;6.There are few competitions and exchanges for athletes and there is no platform for competition.7.scarce source of Sanda students;8.insufficient funds for the sports team.Since affecting factors can be from the coaches,athletes and sports teams,corresponding development strategies and theoretical suggestions and references are put forward on the basis of these factors:1.Send coaches to other provinces to study and invite outstanding coaches from other provinces to conduct technical exchanges in Yunnan Province;2.Set up full-time coaches and increase the position of teaching assistants;3.Expand the propaganda channels for Sanda;4.Enriching the contents of specialized courses and improving the channel of building reserve talents;5.Guide the athletes to pay due attention to the study of general knowledge,and lay equal stress on training and general knowledge learning;6.Multi-departmental joint creation of a variety of martial arts play events to encourage increased frequency of exchanges between sports teams;7.Broaden the source of students and establish a good reserve of talents echelon;8.Increase the financial input into the sports team and other aspects.
