Due to the influence of family factors,the living and growing environment of left-behind children often have obvious defects,which causes this special social group to bear more psychological burdens of hardship and loneliness,and deformed in terms of physical and mental growth.The survey found that left-behind children have a risk of emotional growth due to the lack of family education,and psychological weakness,family hunger and thirst have left a shadow on children's growth.The survey shows that left-behind children are less able to develop peer relationships than they are likely to develop family relationships.Therefore,how to improve the psychological security and belonging of left-behind children and make them feel the joy of growth is a matter of great concern to the state,society and family.This paper uses literature research method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to investigate the development status of peer relationship in left-behind children in L village,and sort out the main problems and problems in the development of peer relationship in left-behind children in L village.The reasons for the occurrence,through the group work practice intervention,explore the positive impact of the group work on the development of the left-behind children's peer relationship.As a scientific social work method,group work is a method used in the development of left-behind children in recent years.The application of this method in the activities of left-behind children can provide more opportunities for interaction,so that they can interpersonal interdependence through interaction with peers,thus enriching children's inner feelings and gradually understanding,understanding and agreeing.The fun of peer relationships on their own growth.This study develops the group work plan and evaluates the results of the group intervention.The results show that the team work can master the necessary peer communication skills,peer interaction initiative and language and language communication skills,and ease the emotional barriers of peer interaction.Understanding and understanding the importance of peer groups has a significant effect in improving the peer relationship of left-behind children.Finally,through summarizing the experience and shortcomings of this research,the countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the development of the peer relationship of left-behind children are put forward,in order to provide reference for relevant theoretical and practical research.
