Adolescents are in a critical period of physical and psychological development.They have not yet formed a sound outlook on life and values.The way of thinking is not mature.Some young people face the temptation of self-identity establishment,interpersonal communication,sexual maturity and learning.The pressure on the face,due to the inability to bear the pressure of all aspects and the difficulty of coping with the challenges brought about by these pressures,not only caused the young people’s self-esteem to be hit,but also reduced their enthusiasm to overcome difficulties and overcome setbacks.It is difficult to fully consider the consequences.There are often more biased behaviors such as Internet addiction,addictive online games,frequent truancy,fighting,smoking,petty theft,feelings of indifference,depression or suicidal thoughts or behaviors..In response to these deviations,adolescents must be promptly intervened and corrected to return to a normal and healthy state of life.If they do,they will intensify and become self-defeating and even worsen the path of illegal crimes.Therefore,how to timely correct the behavior of these adolescents with deviant behavior becomes very important.This study applies the three theoretical methods of cognitive behavior theory,empowerment theory and social support theory.On the basis of systematic analysis of the causes,manifestations and influences of adolescent bias behavior,the case work intervention of adolescent bias behavior is carried out to correct the adolescent bias behavior.And summarize the effect of the case work and the thinking of the theory in its application.The paper consists of five chapters in total.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly writes the basis and significance of the theory and reality of the research.It summarizes the existing achievements of the academic circles in the field of adolescent bias behavior,explains and defines the key concepts of the thesis,and proposes the specific situation of the real case.The implementation of the case work and the innovations of this study.The second chapter discusses the adolescent bias behavior from the perspectives of the performance,causes and influencing factors of adolescent bias behavior.The content of the third chapter is the specific scheme of the case work involved in the correction of adolescent bias behavior.Through the eight-step case-based intervention,the problems of the parent-child relationship contradiction,interpersonal relationship communication obstacles and learning are solved..The content of the fourth chapter is the evaluation andsummary of the path,strategy and intervention effects in the case work of adolescent bias behavior.The content of the fifth chapter is to summarize and reflect on the case work,to reflect on the reasons and professional values of the case change by reviewing the case work process,and to present the research shortcomings and prospects for the future.The research on adolescent bias behavior is of great significance and significance for the theoretical research and practical development of adolescent social work.This paper combines cognitive behavior theory,social support theory and empowerment theory,and applies it to the intervention process of adolescent bias behavior correction.The study found that because young people are immature and unstable,they will have adolescent self-identity bias,showing attitudes or behaviors that deny themselves and negatively cope with the surrounding environment.The growth of adolescents requires families,schools,and the social environment to work together.Responsibility for creating a healthy and healthy environment for young people requires parents to master the correct mode of getting along with young people,as well as the assistance and understanding of other important others such as school teachers and classmates,and to strengthen the correct guidance of young people with deviant behaviors to help them form the correct ones.Self-awareness,enhance self-recognition,and promote young people to gradually correct deviation behaviors and return to normal behaviors,thus promoting the healthy growth of adolescents.
