Research On The Management Of Colleges And Universities Assisted By The Enterprise

From the point of view of the whole national education system in China,as a very important mode of running schools,enterprises have made important contributions to the educational cause and economic development of our country.However,as a private university,the operation and management experience of enterprises is insufficient.At the same time,it is restricted by the traditional management ideas,which hinders the further development of schools.The main purpose of this study is to study the operation and management of private colleges and Universities under the background of running schools by enterprises,and to explore the ideas and methods suitable for the operation and management of private colleges and universities themselves,so as to further improve the quality of teaching and the overall competitiveness of the market,and promote the sustainable development of higher education in China.Under this background,this paper adopts the basic thinking of finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems,taking the operation and management of colleges and universities under the mode of running a school as the current research situation and adopting the basic method of case study.Selecting SM college as the specific case study object,through in-depth analysis of the current situation of school operation and management under the background of running a school,we can find out that there are also many problems in the management of the current school.And from the operation and management situation of this kind of school,these problems have the strong representative.Then the internal and external environment of school operation and management is deeply analyzed.Through the analysis,it is found that the school has its own strengths and weaknesses,as well as the opportunities and threats facing the external environment.Then on the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the advanced experiences and practices at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the operation and management of private colleges and universities from the point of view of the whole civilian-run colleges and universities.From the point of view of the full-text study,the conclusions of the study mainly include the following parts:(1)SM college,as a private university under the background of running an enterprise,has made some achievements in operation and management after decades of development.After deep investigation and understanding within the school,this paper finds that the operation and management of the school are mainly reflected in the development strategy,the overall management situation,the organization and management mode,and the teaching quality management mechanism.Financial operation mechanism and human resources management and other aspects.(2)as a civilian-run university,SM college has many problems in its operation and management,specifically,The problems existing in the operation and management of the school are mainly reflected in: through the investigation,it is found that the management system in the schoolundefineds operation management is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the school,and the mode of running a school is relatively single.The problems such as the disconnection between operation management and market and the weakness of state policy and financial resources,and there is still a large gap in higher education from the perspective of the whole society.(4)Under the background of enterprise education,private colleges are at a disadvantage in terms of development concept and internal management,and also face multiple threats from the external environment.Specifically,the disadvantages of the school are mainly reflected in the source of investment,management philosophy,professional settings and the faculty.The external pressure is mainly the threat of public universities and private universities.(5)In the context of enterprise education,if private colleges want to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,they need to continuously improve their own operations.From the current situation and existing problems of private colleges and universities,the next stage of private colleges and universities should be carried out in many aspects,such as improving the school management structure,innovating the school-running model,establishing a modern university operation mechanism oriented to market demand,and strengthening the construction of teachers.
