“The Private Enterprise Operation And Management Model” Bring Inspirations For Junior Sports Club Development

Since2000, a large number of non-profit junior sports club established with the help of public welfare funds in sports lottery. In fifteen years, the non-profit junior sports clubs has made great contribution in adolescent development and enhance their physique health, but they did not have a further development. The current operation situation of the non-profit junior sports club in China worrying us so much,which need us to find a new way as soon as possible to walk out of predicament.This article uses the literature method,interview method,field investigation method, logic analysis method to analysis the current operation and management situation of our non-profit junior sports clubs,compared with the private junior sports club in our country. The principal conclusions of this analysis are as follows:1、The private junior sports club is set up for the purpose of profit by person or group who use their private asset,it’s management and operation mode is combinations of key element,run mode and guiding ideology.2、The development of non-profit junior sports club in China has huge limitations.But the private junior sports club has developed continuously along with the changes of market and consumer demand. It has an enormous capacity for flexibility,so does the company.3、The non-profit junior sports club in China has ideology of “wait for, rely on, ask for” in enterprises and institutions, this greatly restricted it’s development.However, the private junior sports club’s primary purpose is profit.In order to improve the operation efficiency and service quality, the club gathers professional management and sports talented person through social recruitment to build efficient team.4、Resources are the basis for the development of an company, rich resource has a strong competitive. So resource management is very important for club. Resource managemen tincludes four parts:financial resources management, information resource management, human resource management, facilities of the resource management.5、The financing ability of non-profit youth sports club in China is poor, compared with it, the junior sports club is better. The main reason are less limitation, strong flexibility, and make for profit. The private junior sports club costs so much, except for the operation cost,they also need to pay company tax,and taking a part owned by the investor or group. The non-profit youth sports club have to report fund situations to units or individuals periodically, and publish to the society. Their fund situations needs to be totally transparent.As the private junior sports club, they are under the supervision of the laws on the one hand, self supervision on the other hand.6、In the aspect of Information management,private youth sports club did better than non-profit youth sports club in China.Because the private club have great su rvival pressure,so they would collect information largely, in order to get more profits.7 、 There is a great difference between non-profit youth sports clubs and private club in human resource management.Non-profit youth sports clubs’ organization management mode is administrative leadership responsibility system mostly, have strong characteristics of official. This makes the club lack of competition, vigor and innovation.However, the private youth sports clubs get the needed talents through strict recruitment.So the club have strong competitiveness, and the quality of the staff is very high, conducive to the sustainable development of the club.8、Because of China’s sports facilities are very scarce, In the aspect of the construction of sports facilities, he non-profit youth sports club are relying on the unit sports facilities mostly. However, the private youth sports clubs have to lease the sports facilities of school, community and other units.At the same time,young people be affected by the environment easily in physical and mental growth and development stage, but the club did not good in the aspect of use and maintenance of sports venues and facilities.9、Since thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economy developed quickly, people’s ife demand and consumption levels significantly increased.The private youth sports clubs operation management mode is more suitable for development under the market economic system.With more and more private youth sports clubs built in china,non-profit youth sports club will be face great challenges.
