Purpose:To explore the effects of different types of taping(no taping, traditional taping, kinesio taping)on the kinematics, dynamics, and myoelectric parameters of the ankle on during jump-stop task,in order to reveal the different taping in the urgent The role played by the stop motion provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the coaches or athletes and the national fitness enthusiasts when using the ankle joint to avoid unnecessary damage caused by improper use of the taping method.Method: Twelve healthy male college students volunteered to participate in the study. They had no lower extremity injuries in the past three months, and there were no arthritis and fractures in the past medical history. The subjects were given no taping, traditional taping, kinesio taping. In the three cases of effect taping, the step-by-step emergency stop action is completed. After each test is completed, the test of the next situation is completed at intervals of 5 days,so as to avoid the influence of random factors generated after the patching mode is adapted.Using JVC9800 high-speed camera, two AMTI multi-dimensional force measuring tables(JP6060,JP6080,acquisition frequency 1000Hz)and JE-TB0810 surface electromyograph(sampling frequency 1000Hz)and other related instruments to synchronize data acquisition, using SPSS13.0 to correlate data One-way ANOVA,the significant level of all indicators was set to ?=0.05.Results: 1)Under the three kinds of taping state no taping, traditional tapinging and kinesio taping, the vertical first and second component peaks, the second component peak peak time, the landing load rate,50 milliseconds There were no significant differences in the internal load rate and the landing impulse(P>0.05).The first peak of the vertical component of the kinesio taping adhesion group was significantly(P<0.05)less than the non-taping group;the traditional taping The displacement of the pressure center of the group and the kinesio taping adhesion group was significantly lower(P<0.05)than that of the non-taping group;the peak of the horizontal component and the peak of the horizontal component of the three types of adhesion were not related to each other.Significant difference(P>0.05),but in the loading rate of the landing period, the kinesio taping effect of the banding group was significantly lower than the non-taping group(P<0.05).2)Different types of taping had no effect on the maximum angle change of the hip joint(P>0.05);the maximum angle change of the traditional taping knee joint was significant(P<0.05)larger than the non-taping group;the maximal angle of the ankle joint without the taping group The amount of change was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of the traditional taping group;there was no significant difference between the three groups of hip, knee and ankle angles(P>0.05);the lowest moment of center of gravity, three groups of hip, knee and ankle angle There was no significant difference(P>0.05).3)There was no significant difference in the electrical activity between the tibialis anterior muscle, the tibialis longus muscle and the gastrocnemius muscle inside and outside the muscle without stagnation, traditional taping, and kinesio taping effect(P>0.05),but after the intervention The muscle activity of each muscle had a decreasing trend;the myoelectric activity of the soleus and the kinesio taping effect group was significantly lower than that of the non-taping group(P<0.05);the whole landing period, the traditional taping group and the kinesio taping patch The tibialis anterior muscle electrical activity in the stab group was significantly lower than that in the non-taping group(P<0.01).The tibia long muscle electrical activity in the kinesio taping-effect dressing group was significantly lower than that in the non-taping group(P<0.05);kinesio taping patch The lateral electrical activity of the gastrocnemius muscle in the statal group was also significantly lower than that in the non-taping group(P<0.05).The myoelectric activity of the soleus in the traditional taping group and the kinesio taping patch group was significantly lower than that in the non-taping group(P<0.05).4)There was no significant difference between the active and passive resets at different degrees(P>0.05).When the ankle joint was actively reset at 120°,the traditional taping group was significantly better than the non-taping group(P<0.05).When the active reset is 130°,there is no significant difference in the reset angle error value between different types of taping states(P>0.05),but when passively resetting 130°,the accuracy of the traditional taping group is significantly worse than that of the non-taping group(P < 0.05).In the ankle joint activity, the traditional taping group was significantly smaller than the non-taping group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both traditional taping and kinesio taping can prevent injury in the emergency stop action, but the traditional taping can give the ankle joint better support stability than the kinesio taping. It has better effect. The protective effect;for the ankle joint sensation, the kinesio taping effect has a better positive effect than the traditional taping. Therefore, when selecting the type of taping,it is necessary to consider the purpose of taping, the form of exercise, and the effect to be achieved after taping,so as to avoid damage caused by improper use of the taping.
