Internet plays an increasingly important role in people's study,work and life by the continuous development of information technology.Internet communication breaks the limitation of time and space,brings a new education method,and breeds a series of new concepts such as fragmented learning,remote education,and mobile learning.Nevertheless,these learning models are simply utilized the traditional learning resources by Internet,although the content of vivid media has been added,it is still need to deconstruct the learning resources and sort out the internal relationship between the knowledge points by the learners own,in order to form their own overall understanding of the course content.The learning support provided by this process is not much difference with traditional learning,still staying at the chapter level of the learning content,did not go deep into the knowledge points,and did not establish the interrelationship between the knowledge points,so that the learning process not much change.The development of new technologies has brought new opportunities to the current education.In May 2012,Google launched the "Knowledge Graph"(KG)technology,which innovates the way to represent,manage and organize knowledge,endowing the tradition new capabilities in Internet technology.If the traditional course text learning(webpage interconnection)converted to the learning of knowledge points and their mutual relationship(knowledge interconnection),this will undoubtedly solve the problems in some traditional learning methods.In this paper,centre on the acquisition of course knowledge data,construction of course ontology,course knowledge extraction and course knowledge map's application of curriculum knowledge map,the following studies were carried out:(1)For the sake of acquire curriculum knowledge content,In this paper,a program of curriculum corpus collection is developed based on Python scrapy crawler framework,gather learning resources from superior online platforms.Adopt the interfaces and tools provided in the Python library BeautifulSoup to cleanout the course corpus documents adopted.Using the language technology platform developed by Harbin Institute of Technology,combined with the IT thesaurus of Tsinghua University's open Chinese vocabulary,classify and part-of-speech tagging of the cleaned course corpus.The cleaned data file is used as the basic corpus to lay the data foundation for the construction of the curriculum knowledge map.(2)Via the statistical techniques which combined the TF-IDF algorithm is weighted optimized and MI weights,study the core conceptual vocabulary of course knowledge is extracted from the course corpus.Then,by using the method of similarity and elaboration,the hierarchical relationship between the course concepts is quantified scientifically and the ontology construction of the course knowledge map pattern layer is completed.Comprehensive consideration the application requirements of Original technical limitations and the provision of knowledge services,a flexible knowledge extraction strategy was developed.Take advantage of the DOM tree technology to decompose the corpus document content in the course corpus into four modules: natural paragraphs,lists,form and code blocks.Four subtasks are respectively compiled and the extraction of course knowledge instances is completed.While taking into account the conciseness of knowledge examples,it also ensures the integrity of knowledge content.Take full adventage of existing tools and technologies to minimize the labor cost of construct course knowledge map,assure the objectivity and quantifiable scientific nature of the curriculum knowledge map construction process,and ensure the quality of the curriculum knowledge map.(3)In traditional knowledge navigation,the non-linear hyperlink technology in Web pages is applied to provide learners with learning resources in the form of Web interconnection.It is easy for learners to get "lost information" due to the complex link jump and the complexity of the actual network learning environment.Taking the university computer programming course as an example,this paper designs and develops a course knowledge navigation service platform based on curriculum knowledge map.Put into use visualization technology of knowledge map will transform the traditional way of providing online learning resources by webpage interconnection into a new form of knowledge interconnection,providing more intuitive and direct knowledge services to learners.It verifies the effectiveness of the application of the knowledge map of the course.The intuitive map presentation form transforms the understanding and re-memory of the abstract content into the intuitive and vivid schematic memory,which reduces the mental cost and time cost of students in completing the same learning task and greatly improves the learning experience and learning efficiency.At the same time,the curriculum knowledge map can also be used as a teaching aid to help teachers organize systematic and accurate teaching content and change the traditional teaching method.Making full use of modern information technology to provide knowledge services in accordance with human habits provides a new means for the construction of curriculum knowledge informatization.This paper focuses on the general trend of education informatization,and makes use of the advanced technology and application advantages of knowledge graph to carry out the construction and application research of curriculum knowledge graph.By making full use of the technical characteristics and advantages of knowledge graph,the transformation of course knowledge navigation service from web interconnection to knowledge interconnection is completed.It is verified that knowledge graph technology can be effectively applied to the construction and management of curriculum knowledge,to provide better service support for curriculum knowledge learning,and to improve teachers' teaching and students' learning methods.
