Design And Implementation Of WEB-Based Graduate Educational Administration System In Colleges And Universities

With the continuous development and progress of the times,high-level and high-quality personnel are emerging constantly.This is also an important factor that leads to the continuous enhancement of the national strength.The state attaches great importance to higher education and high-level personnel training.All colleges and universities,in order to respond positively to the call of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China to revitalize education,continue to expand the enrollment scale.The increasing number of postgraduates has made it increasingly difficult for postgraduate management in higher education institutions.This article mainly designs and realizes the postgraduate education management system of colleges and universities,which effectively solves the difficult problem of educational administration.The specific contents of the study include the following aspects:First of all,through the study of requirement analysis,the system analyzes the functional needs and non-functional requirements in two major categories.The functional requirements are mainly analyzed from the individual center module,degree management module,individual student module,course learning module,educational management module,student management module,double selection management module and user management module.The non-functional requirements are mainly from the performance Aspects,services and economic aspects of a detailed analysis.Secondly,according to the demand analysis of the system,using the principle of the hierarchical design,the overall design of the system is carried out.At the same time,referring to the principle of system flexibility and scalability,the design of graduate educational administration system is optimized.Thirdly,based on the characteristics of the data of postgraduate educational administration system,Oracel database was selected as the system database,and the database logic design and the data structure design were carried out based on the database design.Finally,the system of postgraduate management in colleges and universities was implemented and tested systematically to verify the validity and usability of the system.
