Design And Development Of Educational Administration System Based On Struts Framework

In order to coordinate our district’s construction engineering demonstration town, branch school teaching building of our school need to change the new site. At present, the construction has completed the demolition. In order to ensure the normal learning of students, before new teaching building completed, our branch school’s teaching classes were temporarily housed to my area of three other school, which has brought great challenges to our educational management school.In order to solve the existing problems and improve the services in my school, an educational administration system is developed and designed, based on the requirements of information technology, professionalism and people-oriented principles in the modern management. The educational administration in my school will be improved to a new level, attributed to the aforementioned educational administration system. With the Java as the core technique, this educational administration system for the One hundred middle school is developed under the platform exploited by MyEclipse, based on the B/S model. This work is designed and developed systematically using SQL Server2005Enterprise Edition database and the Struts-Spring-IBatis technique.The data collection, data processing, and data storage are realized with the developed system based on the practical workflow of the educational administration in my school. Much cumbersome work during the educational administration can be decomposition into every functional module, and the workload for the administration staffs can be reduced with the simplified workflow. The educational administration can be realized to be informationized, convenient, and modular. The previous chaotic status and single function of the educational administration is changed, and the administration workflow turns out to be more standard and professional. In addition, the online functions of student leave and approval, homework assignment and query are integrated to this administration system. This administration system provided a great convenience to the students in our school about the study and living and improved the administration of my school to a new level, therefore it has a much high value to be presented and spread to other similar institutions.
