The Design And Implementation Of Teaching Resources Sharing System For Shandong Communication&Media College

The sharing of teaching resources is an important part of the teaching process,which is directly related to the quality of teaching.Shandong Communication&Media College still adopts the traditional teaching resource management method,which is easily restricted by geographical and time conditions,resulting in a smaller scope and a lower degree of teaching resource sharing.In the long run,the situation of unequal educational resources will inevitably become more serious,and the level of teachers in various classes will not be promoted.Therefore,it is now necessary to develop a new teaching resource sharing service system to promote the development of teaching resources sharing,change the traditional preparation mode,promote the optimization of teaching resources and improve the teaching level of teachers.This paper adopts object-oriented analysis and design method to analyze and design the teaching resource sharing service business needs.It uses the use case diagram and use case description table to define system business needs from the perspective of managers and teachers.Then,it refines the role of the teacher into the theme of teaching and development,the theme of teaching and research participants,simulation teaching and development starters,participants,famous teachers,quality judges and other experts.In terms of system technology,it uses the MVC design pattern.Considering Java's cross-platform and portability features,it uses Java language development,applies the SSH framework,and uses JQuery to optimize the interactivity of the system interface.The system's database management software uses SQL Server 2014.The system has realized eight modules:personal space management,subject teaching and research management,quality class evaluation management,online class management,teacher classroom management,micro-teaching research management,simulation teaching and research management,and sunshine classroom management.Among them,personal space management is mainly to create a work space for users of different roles that can be used for learning,communication and teaching;quality class selection management mainly provides teachers with quality class selection activities to help them improve the quality of teaching and teaching;the online lecture management mainly provides teachers with a platform for online lectures;the classroom management of famous teachers is mainly to provide demonstration classrooms for teachers;the micro-teaching research management mainly provides teachers with a platform for organizing small-scale teaching and research activities;the simulation teaching and research management is mainly to solve the problems existing in the management and control of teaching resources in different places.Sunshine classroom management is mainly to manage the curriculum of this semester.The teaching resource sharing service system of Shandong Communication&Media College already in operation,after the operation can help to promote the teaching exchange between different teachers in different disciplines of different colleges,help teachers improve the quality of teaching,minimize the inequality of teaching resources,and improve the teaching level.
