The 2019 government work report on the development and deployment of emerging i ndustries pointed out that the construction of standardized systems in the sharing economy has been accelerating,and the overall annual growth rate of China's shared economy will be more than 30% in the next three years.In the "13th Five-Year Plan" near the end of an i mportant turning point,the concept of sharing for the development of China's sports indu stry provides a new way of thinking,stadium facilities to the community share has gradu ally become a new direction of the development of the sports industry.At present,the contradiction between the people's growing demand for stadium slots and the shortage of facilities is prominent,and the rich and high-quality sports facilities r esources of colleges and universities are in sharp contrast to the standards of supporting sp orts facilities in the surrounding communities,so actively exploring the effective sharing of university venue facility and surrounding communities can effectively promote the natio nal fitness movement.Improve the level of national physical fitness and promote the "shari ng" development of sports industry.In order to understand the current situation of open and shared sports facilities in colle ges and universities and whether the needs of community sports facilities meet the needs of residents,further analyze the reasons for the shortage of facilities facing the current mas s fitness,and explore new ideas shared with the surrounding communities.The author uses questionnaire survey method,literature method,mathematical stat istics method and logical analysis method to do in-depth investigation and research on the s haring of university site facilities with surrounding communities as the main research conte nt,selects 10 colleges and universities in Haidian District College Road area of Beijing a nd the community within three kilometers of its surrounding area as the object of investigat ion,on the general situation of the university site facilities,The status quo of communit y supporting sports facilities,residents' fitness needs,cooperation and sharing between the two sides in-depth study.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.College Road area college stadium facilities,the number of rich,good quality,the operation management system is relatively perfect.2.Existing policies are incomplete,the relevant indicators are not sufficiently clea r,and there is a lack of a mature facility-sharing mechanism.3.The information sharing of university site facilities in the college road area is not g ood,the university site facilities lack the relevant preferential services,and the professi onal sports guidance service to the community.4.There are problems such as insufficient number of supporting sports facilities,sin gle types,and less sharing of other sports resources in the community with colleges and u niversities.By analyzing the problems,the following recommendations are made:1.Refine the relevant policies,improve the relevant systems,improve the security responsibility system,form a joint sharing management mechanism.2.Integrate the resources of the stadium facilities of colleges and universities,increa se the publicity of sports and fitness,establish an information sharing platform,and set up a community fitness zone in the light of the actual needs of the residents and the actual s ituation of the university.3.Make use of professional sports talents in colleges and universities,strengthen the construction of the team of community sports instructors,make use of community huma n resources,and build a voluntary service system.4.Reasonable allocation of resources,the development of colleges and communities to share the management system.Break the inherent management mode,innovate idea s,and establish the shared management mode between universities and communities.
