Along with the new round curriculum reform in our country,the fundamental changes have taken place in teacher's role and teacher role,basic education of teachers' quality and the requirements of teachers' professional ability has been improved,teachers' wrong topic analysis ability is an important content of teachers professional quality,teachers' normal teaching,to ensure the quality of basic teaching of essential condition,error analysis is a teacher in teaching for a long time,the accumulated knowledge and experience,on the basis of the formation of a professional engaged in error analysis ability.Brad,American scholars from course form to achieve this dimension will be divided into five different forms:(1)(2)the formal curriculum(3)understanding course ideal(4)(5)experience course,the course that students to experience the course of practical experience,is through the teacher imparting knowledge itself directly after finishing to students after the students experience the course.Change a perspective,students learn knowledge with more or less,the common problems in teachers must reflect analysis ability level,therefore,can be wrong topic analysis as a kind of effective resources to research,achieve the purpose of to measure teachers' professional level.The first teacher is a special kind of existence.Them through the system of professional training,but not perfect in terms of teaching experience,in the face of many special cases in teaching,especially the analysis of the wrong topic,often tell the students don't understand,don't know how to better guide the student,and even their won't cut on the theme,the explanation of situation,need to focus on.Under the background of the research,this study according to the theory of constructivism and based on the theory of teacher professional development,using the interview method,text analysis to five elementary school mathematics teacher interviews,to be appointed from the problem of error identification,interpretation,analysis,the correct dimensions and each dimension is divided into three levels:zero level analysis,fuzzy analysis level,some accurate analysis level.Through the study,it was found that the primary school mathematics teachers' error analysis ability was low in the overall level,and most teachers were at the level of zero analysis and the level of fuzzy analysis.Some problems existing in elementary school mathematics teacher's error analysis are found.Elementary school mathematics teacher to be appointed to identify errors,error explanation is not clear,hard,from the perspective of the nature,difficult to understand the students' problem solving thinking,and correct the mistakes of the single is difficult to form a system,lack of consciousness of reflection.Puts forward some Suggestions:elementary school mathematics teacher to be appointed pre-job training and on-the-job training,to promote the teacher needs to be on the analysis of the wrong topic exchange of experience and education institutions really play a role of "teacher and pupil in pairs",strengthening the collective lesson preparation to be appointed some growth in the study knowledge,strengthen the consciousness of teachers' professional ability to ascend.
