Research On The Role Of Group Work In Humanistic Care Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Limited by traditional ideas,ideological and political education in some universities is difficult to keep pace with the development of the times.The indoctrination teaching mode,which relies on classroom explanation and examination room reinforcement,is still widely used.The core demand of Ideological and political education is to guide students to form an ideology consistent with the mainstream values.It is impossible to implant ideological and political theory into students' hearts by simply relying on indoctrination education,and it is difficult to shape ideology.This problem will have a negative impact on the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.Humanistic care is an important content that needs to be strengthened in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.Ideological and political education should be people-oriented.Although most colleges and universities can integrate humanistic care into the ideological education process,some humanistic care work is just a form,and there is a serious lack of emotional interaction with students.At the same time,some humanistic care work remains at the material level,only providing material aid and grants for poor students,which has become the main content of care work.Under this model,students' emotional needs and inner feelings can hardly become the focus of humanistic care,and humanistic care and emotional care are seriously out of line.However,the people-oriented value concept of social work is exactly consistent with the theme and value goal of humanistic care in ideological and political education.By integrating the working methods of social work into ideological and political education,humanistic care can be fully reflected and ideological and political education can be immersed in people's hearts.The involvement of group work in the humanistic care of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a process of guiding the deepening of individual thoughts and emotions with the help of group consciousness.This process has the advantages of flexible form,diverse appeal and strong participation,which can make up for the simple machinery of traditional teaching mode.This study will carry out group work experiment in N university in Hohhot.The purpose of the experiment is to test the effectiveness,applicability and application strategy of group work in humanistic care in ideological and political education.The article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the research background,research purpose,literature review,research route and the setting of group work paradigm.With this part of the content,frame the writing context.According to maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,group work will be based on emotional needs and respect needs,and take self-realization as the ultimate goal of humanistic care.According to the socialization theory,the activity plan is designed by using the method of group work in the form of "collective care" and "environmental education".Applying the advantage perspective theory,the students will integrate the internal and external advantage elements,so as to obtain the growth momentum.In the second part,N university in Hohhot is selected as the research base of this study to analyze the current situation and existing problems of humanistic care in ideological and political education.At the same time,typical members are recruited in this university to participate in the group work on learning psychological,social ability,employment education and guidance of marriage and love,so as to complete the group work and improve the effectiveness of humanistic care.In the third part,the work of the research group is involved in the practical path of humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the basic theory of social division of labor is applied to the practical activities of improving social ability.At the same time,this paper combines the employment education of students with the employment ability of enterprises,and carries on the humanistic spirit of ideological and political education from the students' vital interests.With family responsibility and social responsibility as the content,the fourth part is the analysis and summary of the effectiveness,applicability and application path of group work.A questionnaire survey was conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of group work in the implementation of humanistic care.Through statistical analysis on the applicability of the team's work in the dimensions of learning psychology,social ability,employment education,marriage and love.At the same time,the theory of the output of the experimental advantage environment can be regarded as the theory of group work with great application value.The fifth part is the summary and prospect.The effectiveness of humanistic care demonstrated by group work will be the main conclusion of this study.Further optimizing the influence of group work activity plan on students' actions and skills is the expectation and prospect of this study for the future.
