The Study On The Humanistic Care Of Xinjiang College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

Xinjiang is one of the most important regions in our country, which inhabit bymany nationalities situated at the heartland of Eurasia. Besides, Xinjiang includesvarious particularity, such as locates the local economical level，the national custom，the cultural tradition，the religious belief, the education environment，the languagecommunication and so on, therefore it formed something different with otherprovincial capital area and is the special area sentiment in the economy, in thesociety，the culture, the religion and many other aspects. So the students in Xinjianguniversities have the unique characteristic though humanistic care work of politicaleducation.Xinjiang Universities are the main position of cultivating socialist builders andsuccessors，which is responsibility for social stability and economic development inXinjiang，the mission of the social transmission of high-quality personnel in theminority areas. So the in-depth research of ideological and political educationhumanistic care of college students in Xinjiang is very necessary. This research takesMarx doctrine basic theory for guide，which try to study humanistic care theorythrough ideological and political education，and using more discipline and area oftheory research results. The author try to make an in-depth of research and discussionfrom Xinjiang College of actual departure，provided ideological and politicaleducation humanistic care of particularity with the students in Xinjiang, and from theexists of problem， the development of restriction factors and correspondingcountermeasures aspects，which is based on providing ideological and politicaleducation humanistic care research with the students in Xinjiang.The paper includes four major sections. The first part will introduce theresearch background and significance，domestic and foreign research of many otheraspects of： humanities concern and education，and introduce the present situationand discuss ideological and political education of students in the universities inXinjiang；The second part, the author will highlight the importance of studentideological and political education work and which has integrated and analyzed thehumanistic care in the Xinjiang universities from the intrinsic connection betweenthe ideological and political education；The third part will refer the problem, whichreflect on the ideological and political education humanistic care status of thestudents in Xinjiang from students itself， teachers， schools， and educationinstitutional according to investigation questionnaire. According to this research results，the author will made bedding for the causes analysis and the countermeasuresof the topic；The fourth part will make corresponding countermeasures of ideologicaland political education humanistic care for the students in Xinjiang universities andmeet students different needs，rich practice teaching forms，strengthened campusculture construction and education team construction and other aspects for thestudents in Xinjiang universities，which is the key point of the full text. The aim ofthis paper is providing new ideas in order to improve the humanistic quality ofcollege students in Xinjiang.
