In the historical business life,male played a significant role in business leadership style.In the 70 s,women were becoming leaders gradually,therefore,various views of gender leadership were pointed out,meanwhile,the gender issues in business has come out.The role of leaders is to guide the followers to achieve the organizational goals,however,because of the gender stereotype in the society and the unequal distributions of the workplace,women are lack of opportunities to become a leader.Thus,the author are mainly studied whether male and female have the same leadership preferences in this research.Author collected the important data from the questionnaire completed by 120 respondents,using the SPSS and EXCEL to analysis the reality gender situations of current business,besides,the author referenced various conceptual,theoretical,and empirical data to support the research.Concerning the final results of the research plus the existing experiences and literature reviews.The author pointed out the gender issues in the organizations which related to the gender social roles and the sexual oriented education still existing the organizations and the female are easily to facing the glass ceiling and unequal opportunities in the workplace,however,the women and man are tend to have sameleadership preferences,although women may prefer the transformational leadership style.Besides,the author think the male and female system thinking probably affect their leadership preferences.
