Since the collapse of the Bretton Woods system,the world's economy has begun to pay attention to the flow of capital between the international financial markets and the exchange rate.Since 1994,China's implementation of the exchange reform,began to implement a city for a demand for a single,a single management of the floating exchange rate system,to July 2005 China's exchange rate system for the second adjustment,the establishment of the market supply and demand Based,flexible and both a management of the floating exchange rate system,China is facing more from the international market exchange rate fluctuations in the impact.As China adopts a more market-oriented exchange rate management mechanism,along with the rapid development of China's economy,foreign trade surplus and foreign exchange reserves rising,the RMB has experienced a six-year appreciation process.However,after entering 2015,affected by multiple factors,China's economic growth slowed down,downward pressure,the RMB exchange rate volatility,showing a small depreciation trend.In the case of China's exchange rate fluctuations,while the new employment population rising,the whole social employment pressure in the case of exchange rate changes on the impact of changes in employment to maintain our economy,"steady progress,improve quality and employment Stability has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign scholars on the exchange rate changes on the employment impact of the relevant research,summed up the exchange rate changes on the employment of the main point of view,and for the relevant conceptual theory on the line sort out,more in-depth discussion of the impact of the two mechanisms;The VAR empirical model,which includes four variables:employment,exchange rate,export and wage level,uses the Granger causality test,the impulse response function and the variance decomposition method to study the short-term and long-term effects of exchange rate fluctuations on employment,but also the impact of employment in different industries And the empirical results are analyzed and explained respectively.Finally,the main conclusions are obtained and the policy suggestions are put forward according to the theoretical and empirical results.
