A Study On The Present Situation And Problems Of Integrative Family Services Center Under The Theory Of 5W Communication

Guangzhou through the way of government purchase services,realize Integrative Family Services Centerin the streets of the city for the whole,make social work development fit the local reality,become "Guangzhou experience".Since 2010,by the Guangzhou city,the district two levels of financial joint investment in 20 streets to carry out the Family integrated Service center construction.The vigorously input of government,promote the rapid development of the industry.As of March 2017,the Guangzhou city to establish a comprehensive Family Service center 188,basically set up a "one street(town)a comprehensive home" service network.The experience and related practices of the development of local social work in Guangzhou occupy an important position in the practice of the National society,and it is worth doing further research.The popularity of family service center has made it the core of social work development in Guangzhou,in the process of rapid development,social work serv ice promotion also faces many problems,such as inadequate understanding of the residents,social workers in the cognition of a certain deviation,family service center of publicity,and so on,influence the general benefit of the household comprehensive service.The Social work service propaganda of the family service center is the category of mass communication,as an important theory in mass communication,the 5W communicationtheory can analyze the whole process of social communication more clearly,adjust its tactics from propagating subject,propagating content,media,audience,and promote the effect and influence of communication activities.This research combines the status of S-family service center,based on the 5w communication theory,mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to obtain relevant information,and analyzes the status of the social work service propaganda of S-family service center fully-mechanized,summing up the relevant experience of S-family service center,and analyzing the problems faced by S-family service center comprehensive publicity-the instability of the propagation subject,lack of originality in the content of dissemination,less professional media resources,the aud ience's cognitive bias to social workers,so as to improve the quality of social workers and communication thinking training,Focus on the dissemination of content innovation and highlight,integrate the media,attention to the audience's hierarchical and differentiated,and improve the family-related supporting system of five aspects of the proposal.This study uses the 5W propagation theory to analyze the present situation and problems of Guangzhou's comprehensive social worker's service propaganda,and p uts forward some suggestions,which can provide reference for other social work service projects.
