A Practical Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Promotion Of Voluntary Services

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)stated that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical juncture in China's development.Comprehensively deepen reform in the new era,under the guidance of general objective,to push on the modernization of the national management system and management ability,to create a work sharing the structure of social governance,the need to improve the "party committee leadership,government responsibility,nongovernmental support and public participation,democratic consultation,the rule of law guarantee,science and technology support" of social governance system.As important subjects of social governance,social work and voluntary service each have irreplaceable advantages,and their interconnected development can better play their important roles in the construction of innovative modern governance system.Social work and voluntary service have high homogeneity in social functions and other aspects.Social tools have outstanding professional advantages,which can promote the specialization of voluntary service and help it play a better role.Therefore,from the perspective of social support,it is of certain research significance to study how social work intervenes in voluntary service promotion.Based on social work intervention in volunteer service promotion as the research core,with Y city area C "volunteer service promotion center" project case as analysis basis,using the method of literature research and unstructured interview,through the perspective of social support theory analyze the present situation of volunteer service of social support to study specific social work intervention paths-constant volunteer service propaganda platform,establishing permanent volunteer service to participate in the platform,make constant volunteer training platform,build constant evaluation platform for volunteer service,social work involved in voluntary services are obtained preliminary achievements,promote the standardization and normalization of volunteer service;To improve the social participation of voluntary service;The professional level of volunteer service has been improved.At the same time,problems in the process of social workers' intervention are found,such as value conflictbetween social workers and volunteers,multiple role dilemma of social workers,and the use of "social workers' thinking" to deal with voluntary services.The reasons are analyzed mainly as follows: insufficient professional recognition of social work,lack of professional talents of social workers,and lack of deep understanding of voluntary services by social workers.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and causes,some Suggestions for improvement are summarized,including strengthening the communication and cooperation between social work and voluntary service,strengthening the construction of scientific employment system for social work,and strengthening the professional support of social workers for voluntary organizations.
