The learner generates a large amount of information and data when participating in the online interaction.By analyzing the data generated by the learner in the interaction process,the teacher and the facilitator can help the learner understand the characteristics of the learner's interaction and promote the effective interaction of the learner.Learn.Therefore,based on the existing research at home and abroad,this study explores the interaction behavior of learners in collaborative online courses to improve the quality of learners' online interaction.The research is divided into four parts:(1)By consulting domestic and foreign related literature,the meaning of collaborative online courses,learner interaction behavior,online course interaction mode,online course interaction influencing factors,online course interaction level,online course Systematic combing and review of interaction evaluation effects,online course interaction behaviors and online course interaction strategies;(2)Relying on the "Education Communication" collaborative online course in Blackboard teaching platform,mainly using content research method and social network analysis The law,supported by relevant theories such as online collaborative learning theory and teaching interaction theory,collects relevant data on interaction frequency,interaction time,interactive content and interactive network structure;(3)Through collaborative data collection,collaborative online courses The overall situation of learner interaction,the interaction between different learning phases and the differences between core-edge learner interactions are analyzed to find out the problems existing in the learner interaction and the reasons for the problems;(4)For learner interaction Status,from interaction frequency,interaction time,interaction And interactive aspects of the network structure summary collaborative interactive features in online learner curriculum,and make recommendations from both teachers and facilitators,curriculum platform according to the status learner interaction.The conclusions of this study mainly include the following four aspects:(1)Frequency characteristics of learner interaction in collaborative online courses: First,learners can participate in the interaction of course forums,but there are differences in willingness to participate in different learning stages;Second,discussion posts postedby core learners are more likely to receive the attention of other learners.(2)Learner interaction time characteristics in collaborative online courses: First,the time of learner interaction is concentrated in three times: 10?00~11?00,13?00~14?00,and20?00~24?00.Paragraph,but most learners have procrastination behavior;Second,the longer the interval between the first post and the repost,the lower the willingness of the learner to participate;Third,the learner's interest in discussing the topic affects the enthusiasm for participation;Fourth,the core Learners are more willing to participate than marginal learners and semi-edge learners.(3)Learner interaction content characteristics in collaborative online courses: First,learners can basically publish discussion posts according to discussion requirements;Second,learners will generate multiple types of interactive content in interaction,but learner knowledge construction The level is not high;Thirdly,as the learning progresses,the learner changes from the recipient of the knowledge to the discoverer of the problem;Fourth,the level of knowledge construction of the core learner is higher than that of the edge learner and the semi-edge learner.(4)Learner interaction network characteristics in collaborative online courses: First,the interaction of learners in the course forum can form a relatively dense network,and it shows a downward trend with the change of the learning stage.Second,the learners interact with each other during the discussion.The degree of dependence is low,and the release of discussion posts is promoted by core learners.Third,the formation of sub-networks of course forums is related to the network of “acquaintance relationships”,that is,the formation of sub-networks is related to the class of learners;Fourth,core learners It can control the direction of the topic discussion in the course,and can basically determine the core-edge learners in the early stage of learning.
