The 3000-meter obstacle running is an endurance project that runs across the bridge and has obstacles.Athletes need to cross obstacles and pools in high-speed running,which is different from the general speed endurance project.At present,there is a certain gap between Chinese athletes and the world level in this project.The breakthrough of the famous Chinese athlete Liu Xiang in the straight hurdle race project has revealed that Chinese athletes can achieve excellent results in the running cross-link project,which also shows that the 3,000-meter obstacle can become a potential advantage project for China's Olympic gold medal.On the 3000-meter obstacle course,the Chinese athlete Ma Hu won the 3,000-meter obstacle champion in the 2015 National Youth Championship,and its successful experience is worthy of summing up and learning from.Based on this,this paper studies the training of the squad preparing for the National Youth Championship,aiming to explore the training rules generally applicable to the men's 3000 m obstacle athletes,summarizing the training methods with practical guiding significance,and promoting the training theory of 3,000 meters obstacles in China.Development,and thus provide a certain reference value for China's 3000-meter obstacle project.This paper takes the 3,000-meter obstacle of the sloppy preparation for the National Youth Championship as the research object,and uses the literature data method,interview method,case study method and logic analysis method to focus on the training stage,training content,training load,training methods and means.in conclusion:1.The sloppy preparation for the National Youth Championship adopts the traditional large-cycle arrangement mode,which lasted 29.5 weeks.The preparation period is divided into two stages: winter training and spring training,which are 15 weeks and 8 weeks respectively.The competition period is divided into two stages: pre-match sprint and competition,which are 3 weeks and 1.5 weeks respectively;the recovery period is 2 weeks.2.During the different periods of the sloppy preparations for the National Youth Championship,the physical training and skill training are alternately arranged and properly connected.In the preparation period,the proportion of physical training is higher than the skill training,accounting for about 65% of the entire training content,mainly involving two types of venue jogging and road jogging;in the competition period,the proportion of skill training is higher than physical training,about It accounts for 55% of the entire training content,including skipping rope + jumping steps,obstacle technical exercises,bow and arrow jump,specialized exercises + swinging legs and other training content.In the recovery period,it mainly involves venue jogging,body flexibility exercises,etc.The focus is on recovery and adjustment after the game.3.The training load changes in the sloppy preparations for the National Youth Championships show a wave-like development trend.In the entire training program,the amount of training changed from small to large,and then gradually decreased after reaching the peak.In the three weeks before the training,there was a pre-game reduction.The training amount and the training intensity constitute an inverse relationship.The training intensity decreases with the increase of the training amount,and the inverse increases.The training density is proportional to the training amount,and the training density increases with the increase of the training amount.Reduce and decrease.4.The sloppy preparations for the National Youth Championship use different training methods and means.At the same time,it pays attention to the rationality of the training method.In the preparation period,competition period and recovery period,the continuous training method,the transformation training method,the interval training method,the competition training method,the game method and the repeated training method are mainly used;General endurance and aerobic endurance,special endurance and speed endurance,strength and flexibility training.Based on the above conclusions,the following recommendations are made:1.It is recommended that grassroots coaches learn from the successful experience of sloppy,learn from each other in the 3,000-meter obstacle training,improve their own ability level,and achieve excellent results.2.It is recommended that relevant researchers conduct research projects specifically for the 3000-meter obstacles,and form a training model suitable for Chinese athletes to provide guidance for later training.
