Research On Emergency Preparedness For Major Sporting

With the human into the risk of society,large-scale sports events frequent events exposed the current urban public security in the construction of the vulnerability,the test of the government's emergency management capabilities.In recent years,large-scale sports events in a variety of risk factors induced,the causes and influence of its unexpected events have exceeded the traditional conventional experience and judgments,the urgent need to re-examine the current large-scale sports events,the risk characteristics and real problems,Grasp the key link of emergency management.Among them,emergency preparedness as an important prerequisite and basis for emergency management,in response to urban large-scale sports events early warning and control play a key role.How to explore and perfect the contents and strategies of emergency preparedness of large-scale sports events in the city from the perspective of emergency preparedness is of great significance to create harmonious society and enhance the emergency management ability of contracted cities.Therefore,based on the theory of emergency management,risk management theory,and risk assessment theory,this paper takes the emergency preparation of large-scale sports events as the research object,and selects the third college students' games in Gansu province as an example to study the contents of emergency preparedness.First of all,this article through the relevant literature combing,domestic and international large-scale sports events in the emergency management,risk management and other aspects of the status quo and related practices to interpret.At the present stage,the specific contents of emergency response,such as contingency mechanism,emergency mechanism,contingency plan,contingency plan and risk assessment are summarized in this paper.The contents of emergency preparedness of large-scale sports events are summarized as five aspects,including rule preparation,Preparation of the organization,preparation of resources,knowledge preparation and action planning.Secondly,the third college students' games in Gansu Province is taken as an example,and the emergency preparedness of the Universiade is sorted out from the five aspects of emergency preparedness and the effect of emergency preparedness Issues to be analyzed.Finally,based on the above research,from the risk assessment,contingency plans,coordination and linkage,resource allocation and other aspects of China's large-scale sports events emergency prepared to put forward specific strategies.Among them,the risk assessment is the prerequisite for emergency preparedness;contingency plan is the basis for the action of emergency preparedness;coordination and linkage are the key mechanism of emergency preparedness;resource allocation is the emergency prepared security measures.This article hopes to provide comprehensive guidance and suggestions on the emergency preparedness of large-scale sports events in China through the above four aspects.
