In recent years,the research on the internal control of administrative institutions in China has been gradually enriched,but the specific research on the internal control of public middle schools is less.The internal control of public middle schools has various perspectives,contents and complicated processes,which can cover the internal control of most admlinistrative institutions and provide reference for other schools and administrative institutions.There are many problems in the internal control of middle schools.First,there is no guiding specification.Second,the internal control system lacks a complete system.Third,the internal control system is old.The reason is that middle school education provides public services to meet the purpose of public interests.Middle school education lacks the autonomy of assets,and the use of funds is mainly decided by the higher competent departments.Internal control is lack of subjective driving,making the attitude of school management for the internal control establishment is relatively negative.Along with the advancement and popularization of nine-year compulsory education,the country is increasing education funds investment year by year.All current education management departments is thinking about how to manage and use the fund.Establish and perfect the internal control is one of the important measures to manage and use to funds,preventing the loss of school assets effectively.The financial system clearly stipulated that public schools should establish a sound internal control system.However,in China's middle schools,the awareness and perfection of the internal control system are relatively backward.In the future,it is an inevitable requirement for development to gradually establish and perfect the internal control system in middle schools.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the research background,topic selection significance,literature review and research methods.The second chapter introduces the meaning and elements of internal control.The third chapter introduces the characteristics and development status of internal control in public middle schools.Chapter four introduces the internal control of H middle school.Chapter five puts forward the optimization method of H middle school's internal control and its implementation effect analysis.The sixth part is the final conclusion.It is hoped that this paper can arouse the attention to the internal control of relevant departments and personnel of middle schools,and by means of establishment and I improvement of effective internal control system can promote the innovation of education system,so as to achieve the ultimate goal ofpromoting the development of middle schools.
