Research On The Institutional Mechanism Of The Youth Training System In Wuhan Under The Background Of "campus Football"

Football,as a world sport,has as many as 141 million fans in our country.However,although the number of fans is considerable,China can not be called a "football power".According to the information published by FIFA in 2017,the football points of our country are not optimistic.Therefore,in order to build the international first-class football team,the state has put forward serious demands on the youth training in the overall plan of Chinese football reform and development.Under the call of the spirit of the document,many provinces and cities have deployed the work of local football youth training,and Wuhan is no exception.In fact,since Wuhan was introduced into the pilot city plan of football development by the Chinese Football Association in 2012,the youth training work has been carried out in an orderly manner.In recent years,since the state put forward the reform plan of the combination of physical education and education,the youth training in Wuhan has come to a dawn.Not only campus football has been widely popularized,but also the quality of the training base has been greatly improved.Recently,the Wuhan Tzi lake green training base is known as the "national green training base" by the Chinese Football Association.However,it is particularly necessary to improve the system mechanism of Wuhan youth training under the oppression of the serious form of the training of the reserve talents.This study through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical analysis and logical analysis,analysis of Wuhan city youth system development as well as the Wuhan youth system,and the management structure,funding and use,personnel selection mechanism,teachers,competitions and training show the status quo of Wuhan city youth system,at the same time transfer from the professional football club and the Wuhan international talent talents Wuhan City Youth interpretation results.Finally,the system of Wuhan green training system and the training of Wuhan football reserve talents are evaluated comprehensively,including advantages,disadvantages as well as countermeasures.Through the above content,the aim is to explore and improve the mistakes of Wuhan football youth training mechanism,and make contributions to the training of Wuhan national foot reserve personnel.
