Research On The Key Ability And Generation Method Of The Famous Class Teacher

The report of the 19 th National Congress clearly stated that efforts should be made to ensure that every child has a fair and quality education.Achieving this goal is inseparable from a stable and high-quality primary and secondary school teachers.In the school education and teaching activities,the class teacher is one of the teachers who have the greatest influence on students.The training of the class teacher and the research on the growth path of the class teacher have always been hot topics.In the past,the research was generally carried out in groups such as teachers and class teachers.Based on the training objectives of students,the general literacy or ability of the group should be explored,but the complexity of personal growth was neglected.This research focuses on outstanding teachers who have grown up in a complex context,explores their growth experiences,and uses grounded theoretical research methods to refine and summarize the key competencies and generation methods of becoming a excellent class teacher.This research can enable first-line class teachers to firmly work in the work of the class teacher,to see their future efforts and ways,and to improve their professional ability of the class teacher.This study is a reference and reference for school administrators from the selection of personnel to on-the-job training.At the same time,this research expands the vision of teachers' professional development stage theory,and further clarifies the professional ability and key ability of the class teacher,which is conducive to promoting managers and relevant researchers to build a better growth ladder and development platform for the class teacher from the institutional mechanism.This study also supplements the theoretical content of school management,enriching the connotation of school team building,class teacher management and so on.The paper first introduces the reasons for the selection of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research value and innovation,the research object and content,and the research methods of this paper.Then it defines the key ability of excellent class teacher,excellent class teacher,and the formation mode of excellent class teacher.It expounds the relevant theory of class teacher's work and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.On this basis,this study conducted an objective and in-depth interview and analysis of the host of the excellent class teacher of Nanshan District,Shenzhen through the research method of grounded theory,and obtained the key ability and generation method of the excellent class teacher.This study fully analyzes a large number of interview materials,selects key interviewees,and conducts generic analysis of their interviews.The key competencies of the class teacher include four aspects:Ability to choose and believe,focus and diligence,ability to reflect and learn,and the power of love and wisdom.And the three main ways to generate these four capabilities:Gain affirmation,trust,confidence,and igniting internal drive;role model leads the way of teamwork;Daily accumulation,growth-driven approach.And put forward two suggestions for the construction of the class teacher team:First,strengthen professional training,improve the path of the class teacher,and provide the class teacher to lead the platform;The second is to reduce the burden of the class teacher,establish a professional teaching and research system,and train the key ability of the class teacher.These key capabilities and the way of generating the way have pointed out the direction for the development of the young class teacher.At the same time,it provides a powerful reference for the education administrative department and the school to select the class teacher,train the backbone class teacher,formulate relevant policies,and arrange training programs and contents.
