The class teacher is the basic post of the school.It is a manager,organizer,coordinator and counselor.It is a bridge between the family,the school and the society.With the advent of the new era,the traditional training for head teachers has been unable to adapt to the complexity of the management of the class teachers.As a school-level community,L class teacher studio,in Wuhua District of Kunming,has a unique significance for the professional development of the class teachers.As a member of the class teacher studio,on the basis of three years of study and practice,the author takes the teacher professional learning community theory as the theoretical support,and deeply observes and analyzes the construction of the studio through the literature method,interviewing method and case study method to get the value analysis of the construction of the class teacher studio.Summarize the positive role of Class teacher community in the professional development of the class teacher and the reasons behind the problems in the construction.On this basis,put forward operable suggestions and strategies and provides some references and inspirations for the sustainable development for class teacher studio.The study of the construction of Class teacher community in the class teacher studio continues Howard's five dimensions of the teachers'professional learning community;shared value and vision,supportive and shared leadership,collective learning and application,shared personal practice and supportive condition.Combining the characteristics of the moral education community in practice,the author draws five characteristics of the construction of the class teacher studio:establishing a spiritual community with values as the core;establishing a cultural community with cooperation as the core;establishing a harmonious community with democratic management as the core;establishing a pluralistic community protected by external forces;establishing a learning community characterized by a centralized approach.As the new carrier of the class teacher training,the author combined with the case study method to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the studio.It is found that there are three values under the promotion of this new training mode:The class teacher's studio became the learning base of the class teacher—promoting the professional development of the class teacher,become the think tank space—improving the overall quality of the class and the class teacher team in the area;incubating the greenhouse—creating the style and characteristics of the class teacher management class.At the same time,the studio,as a new thing in the training of the class teacher,encounter difficulties and challenges in the construction process,including the lack of external guarantees and the defects of internal mechanisms.On this basis,this study proposes strategies and recommendations for making studios sustainable development.
