A Study On The Cultivation Path Of Chinese National Community Consciousness Of Minority College Students

China has been a unified multi-ethnic country since ancient times,and 56 ethnic groups are a community of mutual dependence which share joys and sorrows.General Secretary Xi Jinping highly affirmed the importance of casting the awareness of the Chinese Community in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Under the guidance of the powerful spirit,the people of the 56 ethnic groups of China have constantly carried forward the great national spirit and worked tirelessly to realize the prosperity of the Motherland.Minority college students are high-quality talents among the national masses whose thoughts,cognitions and behaviors are not only related to their own future and destiny,but also have a demonstration effect among the national masses.Minority college students are the sparks that spread the national spirit,giving full play to their intelligence to make contribution to the development of the ethnic areas and the prosperity of the motherland.Due to the influence of the factors such as nature,history,family financial status and the impact of informationization and globalization,the world outlook,view of life,values,political and historical outlook of minority college students all have unique characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of the awareness of the Chinese Nation Community among minority college students.This paper discusses this from five parts.The first chapter discusses the academic value and practical significance of cultivating the consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community,sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad,and summarizes the research methods and basic conditions.In the second chapter,the basic concepts and survey dimensions of community consciousness are defined.The third chapter analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the Chinese nation community in the context of globalization and discusses the significance of the cultivation of the awareness of the Chinese Nation Community among minority college students.On the basis of theoretical research,the fourth chapter is to understand the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation of the awareness of the Chinese National community among minority college students through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.Survey results show,Minority college students have a better understanding of the Party and the country as a whole,and they are able to deal with ethnic issues more rationally.Faced with the impact of globalization and informationization,due to insufficient social propaganda,lack of innovation in school education,and differences in family economic conditions,very few minority college students still have narrow national consciousness and inferiority complex,which has brought challenges to the cultivation of the awareness of the Chinese Nation Community.Due to the influence of these factors,there are some deficiencies in the current cultivation of the awareness of the Chinese Nation Community.For example,some minority college students haven't established the consciousness of “five identities”,lack rational cognition of the consciousness of Chinese Nation Community and have problems with disjointed cognitive and behavioral choices.The fifth chapter,in response to these problems,the ways to cultivate the awareness of the Chinese Nation Community at the social,school and individual level are proposed.Among them,the Party and the government should vigorously develop the economy and education in ethnic areas,increase publicity and build a spiritual home for the Chinese nation;schools should from the actual situation of minority college students improve the content of education,enhance the quality of teachers,innovate forms of education,strengthen humanistic care and promote the cultivation of ethnic minority college students' consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community.At the same time,the majority of minority college students should consciously strengthen their ideals and beliefs,strive to learn cultural knowledge,actively participate in practice and make their own contributions to the prosperity and strength of the country.
