In order to compare and analyze the inheritance and influencing factors of the "intangible cultural heritage of sports" between China and Japan,this paper analyzes the classification status of the intangible cultural heritage of China and Japan on the basis of literature research.And the status of the directory,and through the Japanese intangible cultural heritage materials collected during the Japanese period,through the comparison with China's concept of material cultural heritage,the Japanese sports that can correspond with the concept of China's sports intangible cultural heritage Intangible cultural heritage,and the Japanese "sports intangible cultural heritage" inheritors as the research object,through the grounded theory,in-depth interviews with the inheritors,direct access to first-hand information,repeated analysis and comparison of interview data Inductively,the phenomenon is conceptualized by step-by-step coding,and the inheritance and influencing factors reflecting the "intangible cultural heritage of Japanese sports" are finally extracted.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:First,there are multiple classifications of China's intangible cultural heritage classification.Problem,Japan currently adopts a unified intangible cultural heritage Classification.China's intangible cultural heritage protection system is a four-level protection system in the provinces,cities and counties.Japan is a hierarchical protection system for the country,prefectures,prefectures,cities and towns,and the cultural property itself also has protection systems for designation,selection,and landing.China's intangible cultural heritage list is divided into four levels of administrative districts.At present,only a national directory is determined.The Japanese directory is a detailed national directory for cultural assets.There are also detailed and clear lists of all levels of administrative districts in prefectures,cities,towns and villages.China's sports intangible cultural heritage is mainly traditional sports and entertainment,Japanese sports intangible cultural heritage "entertainment and competition in customs and habits" and "the music,music,and music in folk art." The inheritance of sports intangible cultural heritage mainly includes social inheritance,preservation organization,sportinheritance,mentoring and inheritance,and blood heritage.There are five main influencing factors: political environment,economic environment,social environment and inheritance groups.At present,the inheritance of China's sports intangible cultural heritage mainly depends on the inheritor system.China's inheritor system is relatively simple,only individual inheritors,and the inheritance of Japanese intangible cultural heritage is “preservation”.In the political environment,the construction of China's intangible cultural heritage legal system centered on the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Law is still incomplete.Japan has a more systematic legal system centered on the law of cultural property protection.In the economic environment,both China and Japan have provided economic subsidies for inheritors at the national level.In the social environment,the protection of intangible cultural heritage between China and Japan is a "national system."...
